I didn’t like the superior room at all I believe it should bare a different name or have some improvements done for the price they charge for it. I had to upgrade back to the deluxe on my 3rd night.

The comfort was excellent in the Deluxe room the hotel is fantastic, the staff is very helpful. The amenities are absolutely amazing!

Size of the room a bit crammed for a family of three, door s( 4 star superior room a bit over rated), door self closures slamming doors in the morning by the room maids, restaurant overpriced and food not that good, restaurant staff not coping well, waiting times very long, breakfast a bit overpriced at 17 euro with not that many options reallt). The beds mattresses were too firm to be comfortable.

Good location next to the team line and express bus linking it to Paris / metro. Free parking so I could leave my car there and take the public transport into Paris. Other facilities not tried such as gym, sauna , swimming pool ,( not open yet) .Good professional and knowledgeable Reception staff. Modern bathroom with water saving features, minibar, free water bottle and quality complimentary shampoo , shower gel.

Room size - quite small for a superior family room. For a 4 star Hotel I was expecting a more decent size The beds mattress was quite hard as well.

Laundry service can be improved. Laundry sent before 8.30 am or 9 am should be returned on the same day instead of the next day.

Room is always kept clean. Spacious for single person stay.

-The hotel should review the standard of the so called " Standard Room" to make sure it fits into 4 star category or at least be clearer with the description because it is does not meet a 4 star. Advertised information and pictures on booking.com does not match the actual room.It is quite deceptive. I booked the hotel because it comes up as a 4 star hotel and I thought that it will be the usually standard room in a 4 star hotel. the double beds were small. no space in the room to move around. and the decorations are outdated and furniture old. -It is a shame that hotel guests has to pay to use the pool facility. it will be good for the hotel management to review that.

Although i was disappointed initially by the standard and size of the "standard rooms" I upgraded to a deluxe room next day. We were given a discount for the upgrade. The rooms was modern and very clean with sufficient space. We stayed in 2 rooms with connecting doors. Kids loved it. Very satisfied with the deluxe rooms. But that came with an additional cost. Location was also great. Enjoyed the Gym facility.

poor bar facilities given size and quality of hotel. total shambles if you want a drink. went to “bar” where there was a barman but he said we had to order drinks in the restaurant. however the restaurant staff were eating prior to service so sent us back to the bar. we were then sent back to the restaurant and had to interrupt staff break. embarrassing and poor given there is a bar!!

Initial assigned rooms were very small and had to upgrade to get a deluxe room to meet our needs.Swimming pool is a separate charge with limited hours .

Third bed (pullout) was very uncomfortable. Hotel was very crowded at the swimming pool. Absolutely no seats available.

Fire Alarm went off early morning. No help, no support, no guidance complete lack in interest from the only 2 members we met on trying to leave the building. Please address your fire procedures

Charges for pool use were not indicated in Bookings information and incorrect (not updated) on info on hotel TV. We choose this hotel because of the pool and were surprised to find out on check in that cost was $25 euros per person, per day. For family of 5, this charge exceeded the cost of our hotel stay. And because we pre- paid, we had no option to cancel the reservation. We were disappointed and did not use the pool. Pool is small but well- maintained.

Room and property wer excellent!! Quiet, clean, with many extras. Parking garage was complimentary. Restaurant on site was very good.

The bed could have been a bit more comfortable with more pillows. Also, much to our surprise an extra 24€ was added to our bill due to the city tax. I suppose that has nothing to do with this particular hotel and is more a general problem when staying in France. Additionally, it is not close to a metro, but there is a bus stop near by that will take you to the metro. Really only a hassle when you plan on staying out late, of which the connections from the metro to the hotel become much less frequent.

A/C in the rooms, fairly modern, nice bathroom, nice closet and reasonable price.

The communication with the staff ( even though friendly) is really difficult-they mostly speak French only .

The hotel is really nice and well maintained. We stayed for 2 nights and the room was cleaned while we were away during the day.The access to public transport is easy-bus and tram on walking distance.

The staff. They were not very professional. They took a deposit of 250+ euros while the room was for 120 euros ! And this was not mentioned on booking

Located opposite Velizy 2 Mall, Hotel Forest Hill is one of the prime hotels in Velizy. With a spacious room, courteous staff and well equipped gym, the hotel provides much more than promised.
