Everything was great!

Great hotel a few feet away from the centre. Nice rooms. Great dinner and breakfast. Kids club. Nice pool... Anything you can expect from a 5*. We will go back.

You need to make a reservation for the hotel car park. We didn’t learn that until we arrived and the car park was full.

The staff, location and property were all lovely. We had perfect weather which only made everything even better.

Amazing hotel for families with small children. I loved the kids club and plenty of activities during Easter weekend.

There was a lot of loud children in the restaurant. It would have been good to keep them together in an area so other guests could enjoy their meal. Phone in the room didn't seem to work but that was no big deal.

Limited public areas. Bland swimming pool area almost municipal in character. A couple of the younger front-desk staff, who were borderline rude. Generally, the younger staff were in need of training. Almost impossible to get waiter service in the garden area.

Brilliant sea-front location. Very comfortable room with a (limited) sea-view. Awesome breakfast. Very good restaurant. Great voiturier service. Very helpful porters.

Sometimes little things could be better e.g. housekeeping came to turn down room in the evening and when we asked for extra tea / milk was told we’d have to wait til morning ; sat by the pool / on the terrace but no one around to provide drinks / food etc. Minor points but for a 5 star hotel should be straightforward. But on the whole it was a great stay

Only nits: - I had to park at the nearby downtown parking; not sure why I wasn't proposed valet parking. - When I checked out early in the morning, there was no one at the reception, waited 10 mins, called out, and in the end just dropped the key in the express checkout box; a bit strange to be in an all-empty hotel lobby and no one answering :-)

We ( 2 adults & 3 children 17 15 & 11 ) were somewhat disappointed with our dinner in the restaurant our 2nd night, the crab starter & foie gras was great, but the main courses and the cheese were not up to standard :( We also had an issue with the bottle of red wine we ordered!!

Just spent 7 days in Dinard, the Sun was a little shy, but it didn’t spoil our stay. The hotel staff were very friendly and polite, a real joy :) The swimming pool, sauna, Hammam were disinfected regularly.

We found that for the cost of the stay the room we were given was rather small which was disappointing. Otherwise we can not fault the htel.

This is a lovely hotel in a superb location. The choice at breakfast was very good although this didn't apply much to us as we have a very simple breakfast normally. There is a beautiful pool and lovely terrace. We strolled around the coast to the main part of the town in an easy 15 minutes maximum.

I couldn't afford any breakfast because I was forced to accept a booking in an extremely expensive room, which I tried in vain to change through the hotel and booking.com. They both blamed each other, but in the end, it was the hotel who said I couldn't change my booking in any way. So, I watched the other guests eating breakfast every day while I went hungry.

- breakfast was not included - for the price per night that is ridiculously - breakfast was very average - a 5 star should have a lot more variety. we were very disappointed! - No hot tub in the Spa - rooms were not spacious at all

Food in main dining room was very disappointing, and the restaurant they sent us to in tow- Cafe Rouge was also poor. There are much better choices in Dinard!
