The cooked breakfast items were cold and the coffee machine kept breaking.

The room was great and the mini spa was a bonus. Also a fairly nice neighbourhood.

While the room was generally clean, we did find a pair of underwear behind a chair and some rose petals under the bed. This suggests the cleaning was done rather superficially and not thoroughly. It was disappointing, as everything else was quite good — had the room been properly cleaned, I would have rated the stay a 10 instead of a 7.

We really liked the location of the hotel — just a pleasant 30-minute walk from the Eiffel Tower, with plenty of public transportation options nearby. Both buses and metro stations were within a 5–10 minute walk, making it easy to get around the city. There's also a supermarket just 4 minutes away and lots of charming coffee shops in the area. The hotel itself is stylish and well-maintained, and it includes a small spa area with a sauna and a jacuzzi. While the spa isn't anything extraordinary, it’s a nice extra touch for relaxing after a day of exploring.

The breakfast was ok but not as I expected. The room was a bit too small but I could not expect more from Paris.

Loved the spa, but the pool is too small. It would be better to turn it into a jacuzzi instead. The location was perfect. It is a walking distance to everything.

Room key did not work. Was given ‘real key’ but told it was only one they had so had to return it to desk daily to have room serviced. Then on return on second day they’d lost room key so no access to room. Staff were lovely and eventually used device to get into room but it was quite inconvenient as I needed to be in and out to change prior to dinner.

No air conditioning and only a door to open which was difficult with the curtains. The air con was not ‘on’ due to the time of year.

Could be cleaner, possibly better room facilities, not sure the fridge worked and the water bottle wasn't replaced, just taken away. Paid for late checkout but still had a cleaner open the door in the morning while we were in bed.

The spa is not really a spa. It’s more like a little pool but the employees did not tell us.

Nothing we didn’t like but our feedback is The bedroom could do with a mirror and the pool could do with a little lick of paint as it was showing some signs of wear and tear.

Very friendly staff, good location and within walking distance to the Eiffel Tower. The hotel had a boutique type feel which was nice. The rooms were spacious for 2, they were clean, with lovely complimentary shower gels and a very comfy bed. The spa was a great little bonus and worth booking.

The first night despite the make the bedroom, they did not clean the room. Check in time is at 16:00 which is quite late but the staff assisted in trying to obtain an early check in.

The property is located excellent. Just down the road from the metro line. Beautiful restaurants and coffee shops around the hotel area. Short walk to the bridge with a lovely view of the Eiffel Tower.

The hotel is located at 16e, a very private and safe place compared to other places in Paris. Not far from metro, Jasmin. Also the style of the building is quite nice. Overall it is a wise option to choose Felicien Hotel.

We chose this hotel due to its location to Roland Garros tennis and was about 30 minute walk to the event. We ate out at local restaurants and all excellent. Good location also for being a tourist in Paris. Just 10 minutes from the RER and 5 to the metro. Being just out of the town centre the location was nice and quiet.

The room size is pretty small for the price and has very less lighting. Since the rooms are very dark based on the color scheme, they should have more lights. The chair in the room can be removed to provide more space to move around freely.

The hotel is well located. Eiffel tower is very close by - walking distance, and everything is accessible from the location. The hotel itself is very clean and has friendly staff.
