Lack of English news stations like BBC Room warm, opened window to cool, ac did not cool. TV controller sticky, dirty Bathroom floor and vanity top dirty. Closet hinges fell apart, Room 422, Bottom hinge stayed attached but upper pins fell out. Arrived late first night, went to bed, so did not report until late the second night by phone. We were gone most of the day and did not want anyone in our room while we were gone. Vanity top appeared permanently stained.

That old woman who is a cleaner harrassed me and made my stay terrible at sixth floor she could come at 9:00 am, open my door wide while am still naked and insist that l should get out she want to clean the room, at 9;00am and l knew according to rules l was supposed to leave the room at 12:00, she even stand at the centre of my room lecturing me why am closing my door, this was a turn off

The two double beds in the room that we can’t find in all hotels were very comfortable. We also liked the breakfast very much, one of the best we had in a hotel!

Be aware that if you choose this hotel to be close to Orly and you plan to take the free shuttle bus, remember to calculate at least 30 min. Even though hotel is just some minutes from Orly airport the shuttle takes long. Consider a taxi instead.

The shuttle service to and from the airport was very slow with a lot of wait time. The hallways of the hotel are very dark and seemingly outdated.

Rooms were clean and the staff was helpful. Bar was open late, which was a plus.

The shuttle bus saves you money but it is pretty basic. However that's the same for all the hotels in the area as it is the same service which stops at all of the hotels in turn.

A short taxi ride to Orly airport, the room was comfortable, and the onsite restaurant was very good.

Despite repeated messages the property never answered my questions about an airport shuttle. Also the facilities were not well maintained. Cracks on doors. Very dark corridors.

The hallways were extremely dark with charcoal wallpaper and black and white carpet but I have read they are in the process of changing that. Some of the marble on the bathroom bench top had come away from the wall and was repaired badly. The bathroom was a good size but needed an update with mould on the wallpaper

It has a free shuttle bus to the airport which came on time. Make sure you are waiting outside for it as it leaves quickly. Shuttle starts at 5am. It was a good hotel for an early morning flight but I wouldn’t stay there longer than one night unless you have your own transport. There is nothing to do. There is a restaurant on site but nothing else around the property unless you have a car and can drive somewhere. The room was big with an extra large bed. The lighting was subdued and felt a bit dark.Small windows in the room due to the motorway and airport being close. It wasn’t noisy though. We caught an Uber from central Paris to get to the property which cost 30 euros. Other transport options seemed too hard. It has decent size elevators which are quick

Hotel is old and needs a renovation. The shuttle only runs at certain times- we needed to get an additional taxi to the airport given we had an early flight.

Perfect if you're only going to Orly. Not ideal if you need to get into Paris City - took over an hour to get into the city.

Property was under maintenance so corridors were dirty and also some noise in the morning, I think price should be adjusted if there are work happening Also be aware shuttle finishes at 11 pm and taxi at airport denied several times to take us because too close to airport. We end up to take the tram pass midnight with my kids. I took hotel near airport to go fast to bed once arrived and it was stressful, if it was now I will have gone further away to avoid this! We did talk to airport staff but they told us at this time of the night there is no police so taxi drivers do what they want!
