We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

KazakhstanIt’s sad to see the the difference between photos and reality. It looks more like a motel - definitely not 4 star hotel. Floors are old, bathroom facilities are old also. Definitely not the value for money
We chose the hotel mainly because of location, it’s close to the center and has massive parking nearby. If you have a car, better to use a free (in the nights) public car park right next to the hotel. Junior staff - working students was really nice and helpful! Our kids also liked the arcade games in the lobby

United KingdomThe hotel carpark is very small and difficult to park with our large car. Instead we used the public car-park right next to it, which the hotel does not advertise. The public carpark runs along the rear of the hotel and costs a few euros per day with overnight from 6pm-9am is free.
Very good location for walking into Blois. We went out for breakfast each morning to a friendly cafe 2 minutes away on the way into Blois - much cheaper than the hotel. Room was very clean and comfortable. Good quiet air-conditioning.

SpainThe breakfast was from 8 to 10 (let’s say, I do not remember by heart). We went down around 9:15 am and there are a lot of things missing (basics lik e sausages, crepes, ham…). I did ask for more, since it was taking them a lot of time to bring more and, for my surprise, they told me that was it!!! like 40 minutes before the bfast claoing time. I did complain but that was it. At the reception they offered me a 50% discount on the bfast. Good, but not enough. I told them that was not acceptable at all, not to beong more food for bfast…
Good hotel in a really nice city. There are really nice amenitiies. The pool is really nice (and hot).

United KingdomThe way the payment is handled: the hotel asked to take my card imprint when I checked in, the full amount plus a deposit was frozen on my account, and when I left I had to pay for the full stay. The amount is still frozen on my bank account. This is very inconvenient, the hotel should have paid me back the difference instead.
Not far from the city centre (10min walk), nice bedroom and comfortable bed, staff was pleasant and helpful, parking on site (for a fee).
