Good location , 5 mins walk from city center

Ventilation in bathroom didn't remove steam so mirror misted up. Breakfast and mini-bar were comparatively expensive. Room was a tiny bit small at times e.g. when both getting ready in the morning and having to move around each other - but otherwise important things such as the bed and shower were a good size.

Very good location for getting to city centre - two tram stops very close by, location is lovely and quiet, rooms are modern and very clean, problems attended to quickly. Staff very courteous. Overall we would stay here again.

Beds were good, but short. Room was very small, especially the bath room. Price/quality was good. But I would recommend others to book a bigger room, especially when you are taller than 1.70 meter. Besides that, if you want to park with a bigger car then a Fiat Panda, I won't recommend to use there parking space. But this is probably why they ask in advance what kind of car you drive.

Hotel was very clean and the hotel room was charming. Hotel is very near the city centre, perfect walking distance of everything. Personal was very friendly and welcoming. Good price and quality. Overall our experience was very good. Although our room was on the 7th floor, under the roof, we had a nice big window we could open. There is also an airconditioning for the summer period.

Steps in bedroom quite impractical/dangerous in dark. Had to leave lights on in bathroom.. Expensive breakfast.

The elevator was slow so I would usually take the stairs to the 6th floor. There was noise of the traffic coming to the 6th floor.

The WiFi is super slow (like anywhere in Strasbourg). pillows were bit too thick for our taste.

Central location with good access to public transport like tram and bus. The room was spacious and quiet. I liked the cleanliness of the room, bed was good and the bathroom offered a bath tub and heating. I also liked the offer to get a drink for free if you skipped room service.

Some miscommunications regarding room rates. One room was literally in the stairwell. A bit odd, but the room was nice. NOTE: Trams run outside most of the night, so street facing rooms will have to contend with that, as well as general street/traffic noise. Rooms also had a few steps in them.

Nice little hotel in the city centre, very friendly staff. Dogs accepted. Parking (even though tight) directly in the hotel garage.

Price of the room :) and could have been a bit more spacious, did not mind that much as we stayed only one night.

Excellent room and breakfast! just it was a bit expensive :) Would have stayed one more day if it was more affordable :)

Large room, good office inside the room for working, toilet in a separate room from the shower, large shower, quiet room, in easy walking distance to any site in the center of Strasbourg, nice and simple / modern room decoration. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

i'm just being picky by saying location. it is slightly far away from the main town area but its also strasbourg where everything is a 10 minute walk away. with that being said, it was still walking distance to the main town area.

room was big enough for 3 and also quite comfortable and cozy. the staff i interacted with were also very friendly. the bathroom was huge with a bath tub and most importantly, had a heating rack for towels which somehow none of the other properties around europe i stayed at had - an absolute essential for winter. i also liked how the reception provided us a map when we checked in and carefully explained a suggested itinerary

The internet speed is very poor. Despite assurances last year it has not improved. The design of the washbasin is awkward. The tap gets in the way and it is impossible to plug the basin.

The location is excellent and the room is comfortable.

The location of the hotel is perfect and easy. It is so close to city attractions. Staff is so friendly and welcoming. Also, our room was perfectly clean and heat was ok despite freezing weather outside.

Excellent location, close enough to walk to the main attractions whilst not being in the middle of it. Comfortable room, friendly staff, very good breakfast, and it has its own parking. A solid choice for a visit in Strasbourg.

The underground parking garage is extremely narrow. As well as elevators are small. For my taste there was too not enough light in the room.

The location is great. All tourist places and many restaurants can be reached on foot in a few minutes. There is coffee machine in the room. It is very helpful to wake up. As well as complete work table.

The parking was very difficult to use due to how narrow it was and how many manoeuvres it required.

The hotel has an excellent location and internal parking in the basement. The staff were helpful and polite.

I booked with my little dog and they prepared a welcome package for my dog. The hotel is right in the center but with private parking. The staff is super friendly and helpful.
