We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe breakfast was more American than French - bacon, eggs.
Clean, modern hotel with all the amenities. Free convenient shuttle to all three CDG terminals and the RER station with service to downtown. If you are going to the Olympics, staying here (or in any airport hotel since truthfully they are indistinguishable) is a great choice. You have to pay for a ticket to Paris, but you don’t have to fight the traffic, haul your luggage and the room will be more comfortable than any that will cost twice as much in town.

Very nice and genuine welcome when I was checking in. Mohammed was very helpful and kind. He answered all my questions and gave me a map for my return to CDG. The room was quiet and very clean and comfortable.

United States-the shower was odd: one stepped in from/out into the open room from the shower-no privacy. With my teen kid, this was awkward so he went down to the lounge while I showered. -the restaurant was unable to use a credit card with a chip, per the waiter, which was very odd. Both of my credit cards have chips and "didn't work". It's fortunate I had enough Euros to cover our dinner, I'm not sure what we'd have done if I hadn't. Seems a major hotel at an international airport should be able to use cards with a chip, and I was able to use the card at check in for the room. Then I wasn't given change until I requested it.
great location near terminal 1, easy flat 5-10 min walk to the CGDVAL. Nice facilities, nice staff. Remarkably quiet, very nice blackout drapes. Comfortable beds.

QatarOn arrival in our room the rubbish bin still had bits of rubbish from previous guests and the shower we found couple of hairs. Cleaning could be better.
As we only had a few hours at the airport between flights being so close to the airport was great. The room was soundproof and so peaceful. The hotel reception staff very welcoming.

CanadaThere is a interior parking and we were told at the check-in that the first 30 minutes were free. We used it to retrieve our luggage before returning the car to the rental company. Then at the parking's exit we had to pay 3 euros for the 20 min. What was disappointing is that the staff said that they couldn't do anything about it. Finally, early in the morning when I started the kettle, the breaker jumped and we lost power in the room. We couldn't even call the front desk since the phone in the room had no power. So we ended up getting ready to leave in the dark. Finally, I didn't like that we had just the duvet and no top sheet.
The hotel was recent and the rooms where nice and a comfortable size.

I loved the overall atmosphere! The games, the easy access to a bar and food. The friendly staff and the breakfast choices. The room was high quality in every way. The bed was comfortable, the space was very quiet and great blackout curtains. The location was very convenient and accessible. The staff at the desk, the bar and breakfast as well as all staff I saw in the hallways were friendly and professional. Enrique was great at his job at the front desk. He made me feel welcome and calm after a hectic day before my arrival. Great stay!
