How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The wait staff in the restaurant was not particularly efficient or friendly.
The reception staff was excellent. The room was extremely quiet, extremely clean and beautiful!

The breakfast was more American than French - bacon, eggs.
Clean, modern hotel with all the amenities. Free convenient shuttle to all three CDG terminals and the RER station with service to downtown. If you are going to the Olympics, staying here (or in any airport hotel since truthfully they are indistinguishable) is a great choice. You have to pay for a ticket to Paris, but you don’t have to fight the traffic, haul your luggage and the room will be more comfortable than any that will cost twice as much in town.

Never dealt with Room service that after you order, you will be called and you have to go down to the restaurant/bar and pick up your own order.
Very nice and genuine welcome when I was checking in. Mohammed was very helpful and kind. He answered all my questions and gave me a map for my return to CDG. The room was quiet and very clean and comfortable.

-the shower was odd: one stepped in from/out into the open room from the shower-no privacy. With my teen kid, this was awkward so he went down to the lounge while I showered. -the restaurant was unable to use a credit card with a chip, per the waiter, which was very odd. Both of my credit cards have chips and "didn't work". It's fortunate I had enough Euros to cover our dinner, I'm not sure what we'd have done if I hadn't. Seems a major hotel at an international airport should be able to use cards with a chip, and I was able to use the card at check in for the room. Then I wasn't given change until I requested it.
great location near terminal 1, easy flat 5-10 min walk to the CGDVAL. Nice facilities, nice staff. Remarkably quiet, very nice blackout drapes. Comfortable beds.

On arrival in our room the rubbish bin still had bits of rubbish from previous guests and the shower we found couple of hairs. Cleaning could be better.
As we only had a few hours at the airport between flights being so close to the airport was great. The room was soundproof and so peaceful. The hotel reception staff very welcoming.

I haven’t stayed at many airport hotels. This hotel was ok. The breakfast wasn’t the greatest, and the kitchen closed around 10pm the night before. We could only order a readymade salad at 9:40pm.

Open bathroom, which as fine for me travelling alone but could be problematic if travelling with companions.
Very easy to get there from the airport. The room is clean and with nice amenities (smart tv, free water bottles, etc.). Friendly staff.

The two chairs in our room were not that comfortable. There was loud music in the bar.
Quiet, clean room. The hotel is about a ten minute walk from the airport shuttle train. We had a good dinner in the restaurant.

Sarra at reception was so friendly and welcoming. Room was well appointed, clean, good bedding, nice shower. Such an easy walk to terminal. Brilliant to group hotels together.

There is a interior parking and we were told at the check-in that the first 30 minutes were free. We used it to retrieve our luggage before returning the car to the rental company. Then at the parking's exit we had to pay 3 euros for the 20 min. What was disappointing is that the staff said that they couldn't do anything about it. Finally, early in the morning when I started the kettle, the breaker jumped and we lost power in the room. We couldn't even call the front desk since the phone in the room had no power. So we ended up getting ready to leave in the dark. Finally, I didn't like that we had just the duvet and no top sheet.
The hotel was recent and the rooms where nice and a comfortable size.

Finding the location of the hotel was very hard coming on foot from the airport even with taking the train which was hard to find too. The mattress was very firm.
The hotel staff were beyond nice and welcoming. The hotel was great in cleanliness.

The shower in the bedroom was perfect for just one person in the room. Had I been sharing the room with someone, I don’t think that would’ve been a great circumstance. But since I was alone, it wasn’t a problem
I loved the overall atmosphere! The games, the easy access to a bar and food. The friendly staff and the breakfast choices. The room was high quality in every way. The bed was comfortable, the space was very quiet and great blackout curtains. The location was very convenient and accessible. The staff at the desk, the bar and breakfast as well as all staff I saw in the hallways were friendly and professional. Enrique was great at his job at the front desk. He made me feel welcome and calm after a hectic day before my arrival. Great stay!

Perfect place to stay when catching a flight at Charles de Gaulle. We love how clean our room was and overall the hotel with it's pleasant staff and spacious lobby came across with a relaxed welcoming ambience.

The manageress 's kindness in searching for allergy pillows and decorating the room for my son's 18th birthday- thank-you. The lobby. The comfort and cleanliness of the room. Wish we were staying longer!
