Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

GuernseyThe hotel is a little tired and could have been a bit cleaner. Its located alongside the dual carriageway so a little noisy and slightly difficult to get to. The biggest issue we had was that the night porter who had a hacking smokers cough decided to have his cigarette break every 30 minutes directly outside of our window all through the night.
Two joining rooms for very reasonable price. Was perfect for a family. Restaurant next door was exceptional and completely unexpected. Doesn't look much from outside but food and service amazing. There is a baguette/patisserie place 50 yards down the road that is certainly worth considering for breakfast. The shopping nearby is superb so if you are breaking up a journey to allow you to provision (as we were) it is absolutely perfect.

United KingdomThe room & bathroom were clean. although room itself was rather drab. The long corridor where rooms were situated, looked very drab and uninviting. We did have a pleasant meal at the restaurant next door, however the path leading round to the entrance was very dark - could do with some lights around it.
The hotel had free parking, it was all one level, and was easy to reach from the main roads. The reception area was very pleasant with a sitting area for all guests. The room was warm and okay for our overnight stop , the room & bathroom were clean although room was a bit drab. We did have a pleasant meal at the restaurant next door. We did not have breakfast.

The welcome from reception was excellent. The breakfast and dining room also excellent. The room very clean, everything works , the reception area very good, modern with a seating area and bar that had obviously been refurbished.
