Maybe could have been more kitchen utensils. The bathroom seal needs to be redone,the shower cubicle was leaking.

Excellent location, quiet, directly on cycling paths, close to shops, restaurants, lovely host, who waited for us longer on arrival, apartment slightly dated but clean, pleasant swimming pool.

Only one smaller thing to mention, one of the beds had a different mattress and that was not too convenient.

Excellent location, quiet and nice, but close to the little town, perfect for travelling with pets. Spacous apartment, super clean and tidy, very well kept. Also it had all the facilities you may wish for, huge shower, bathtub, 2 toilets and a big living room / kitchen and a separate bedroom with plenty of storage plus terrace. The location is awesome, right on the edge of the small town and on the graphe plantation, perfect for morning and evening walks with the dog.

Really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was spacious and tastefully decorated. Loved the art work on the walls. The view was lovely and the bathroom with bath was huge. The location was perfect for us. The recommendation to eat at a nearby restaurant was great.

Lovely apartment with a marvelous view over the vineyards. All that was needed was there. We were missing a cooking spoon, and upon asking, the host quickly provided it. The swimming pool was handy in such warm weather.

Apartment was understocked and could use a variety of basic items. Only had a mini fridge. Could use a washing machine. Some wood on the deck needs to be replaced.

Very beautiful hilltop view of vineyards of the region. Great Alsatian wine route towns nearby. Apartment is spacious and has a hottub on the balcony. Kids loved the swimming pool.

We would prefer a big diningtable for eating. We also suggest some curtains in the sleeping room, because it is next to the road where all the guests are passing to enter the Kanzel. But that are just 2 little suggestions. We were really happy in Kanzel.

We had a very warm welcome. Payment was very easy. Kanzel is such a lovely place. The apartment was so huge and beautiful. There was a bakery and fromagerie very close. Also the whine yards are around the Kanzel. There are 2 restaurants in the City, which is also not very far. We enjoyed Our vacation very much and would highly recommend it. We would definetly come back

Curtains in some aeras of the apartment sometimes a bit bit too transparent. If you could replace the curtains by thicker ones, everything would be perfect!

This is such a beautiful place. They upgraded our room because it was a slow time of year. The apartment was very spacious with a well equipped kitchen. Beautiful view over the vineyards. We appreciated the fan in the bedroom. There was a little traffic noise on the small road below, but we could not hear it with the fan. Great shower. Nice towels and robes. Fantastic location in the heart of the Alsace vineyards and villages. We loved sitting out on the balcony. We can't wait to return!

Beautifull view of the winefields, but if you love the sun make sure you book an apartement facing west. Ours was on the north facing the swimming pool. Ok if it is hot, but without sunshine. The road is very noisy.

If it would be possible to reactivate breakfasts in the residence, what existed some years ago, it would be just ideal. Manager, Caroline, is an outstanding Person, enthousiastic abot the place and its touristic role. Very friendly and helpful for guests. Gueast feel there like at home. Anyway, I can only STRONGLY recommend to visit Alsace just from the middle of wine-route and locate You base just in Beblenheim (really the middle of wine-route!) undoubtfully - in Kanzel. By the way, if You like swimming You will find warmed swimming pool in the great garden, Never crawded!

Very friendly service, the host was fantastic and went out of her way to help with our questions and somewhat unusual requests, like “where is the best place to go fishing” and please can you arrange for a special bottle of wine to be present in the apartment on arrival.

WIFI - terrible connection. Sometimes didn't work at all and when it worked, it was very slow :/ Kitchen - knives were missing and one plate was dirty :/

The receptionist - very nice person :) Apartment - big :) Swimming pool - was cleaned every day :) Location - nice, very green and quite place :) We were located super close to swimming pool what was perfect for us. We were also able to keep our car next to our apartment - same, perfect solution for us.
