The hotel is situated a relatively short distance from the centre of Beziers. Whilst the walk is not demanding the area is not entirely comfortable for late night walking. Having said that all the local people we encountered were friendly and helpful. So, perhaps, perception is the issue.

The hotel is beautifully appointed and the rooms are very comfortable. The staff at reception were very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was outstanding.

The room was a good size and beds were comfortable! Loved the shower. The outdoor pool was lovely but didn’t have time to check out the other facilities as only stayed one night. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Great breakfast in a contemporary hotel. Good furniture throughout. Design flare. The town of Bezzier had some nice features including ancient bridges and Roman. Amphitheater .

The walk to city center could be a bit long for some people

Although it has a place to have a drink, it wasn’t really a bar. There’s no possibility of food at the hotel. The area doesn’t encourage you to walk out of the hotel.

There is an automatic light in the room with a motion sensor, it is a little annoying since it turns on and off regularly, particularly when you go to WC, and we could not find a switch to deactivate it. It is a minor thing though, I recommend the Hotel without any doubt.

The hotel is very nice and comfortable. I particularly liked the bed and bathroom. The room is a little small but well put together and cozy.

One aspect that could be improved is the design of the showers. Although they're sleek and modern, the layout isn't particularly smart. I found that water tended to splash all over the bathroom floor during use. This design flaw, while not a dealbreaker, did detract from the overall convenience and comfort of the bathroom facilities.

You could go to reception and get cups and hot water for tea/coffee, I would have liked tea making facilities in our room(maybe there was tea making facilities in other rooms

The staff couldn't do enough to make sure we were comfortable enough! Their English was excellent! I just wish this hotel was in more cities, I would definitely go wherever the hotel was! !

I don't believe the breakfast was value for money. I opted for a sleep in, and when I came down later for breakfast but still within the allocated time, a lot of the food was already gone.

The room was amazing, very big. The bed was very comfy. I really liked the garden and the pool.

Extra small tiny room. Impossible unpacaked the baggage. Really very small room. We ask for 2 single bed and it was a small double bed.

Our flight was diverted, we arrived the following morning. Reception assured us our booking was confirmed and that tge desk was 24/7. Once we arrived they had our rooms ready. So friendly and nice.. Amazing showers.

Lovely small hotel very tastefully decorated. Newly renovated in an old building. Beautifullydone. . Quiet . Pleasant . Classy. About a 1 km walk to the centre . Staff we dealt with were very well educated and polite and helpful. And don't miss the midi canal...fascinating

Some little things, like the open which is not openable, the electric shutter was tricky.

Very stylish hotel near to the arena. The hotel has its own parking garage. Our first room was in the main building but we aksed for change, because we could not open the window. The second, more spacious room located in the new building with huge, openavle window. Breakfast was good, beds are very comfy. Staff is helpful, highly recommended hotel in the town.
