Everything was great. I loved this quaint little hotel and I wouldn't change anything. Very friendly people, lovely room, fantastic shower, nice breakfast, comfortable bed, lovely soft, big towels. I really enjoyed my 2 nights here. Thank you.

Comfortable rooms and nice bathrooms. Lift up to the bedrooms. Ideally located for exploring Nancy. Very friendly staff, who helped us in with our luggage. Found a car parking space immediately outside the hotel. Restaurants nearby.

The walls are thin, so you hear people getting up, etc. It is in a road that can be quite busy.

Good location, with walking distance to city centre. Very friendly personnel. Great that there is a parking facility. We could have the parking a few more hours and leave the lugage on location without extra charge!

The breakfast room is small. We had to wait ten minutes before we could have breakfast. There is no lobby in the hotel.

This hotel has a nice atmosphere and is a ten minutes walk to the city center and to the railway station.

- the room is very small, the space in the hallways is very cramped; - a lot of dust in the room, it seemed not vacuumed for a long time; - the shower is clogged (full of hair and other messes), - the pictures on the booking have nothing to do with reality; - the small bed; - poor breakfast

The rooms are extremely compact - but ok apart from that. The carpet in our room was dirty - we were told it was about to be replaced (as it has been in other rooms, we were told) as part of the rolling renovation. The walk into the centre of town was a bit tedious - but the price saving vrs central hotels justifies it.

There has been extensive recent modernisation of the hotel - the bathrooms, for example, are smart and well equipped, and the breakfast area well decorated. The private parking arrangements are good.

We booked to be able to walk and see a little of Nancy (after a long drive). There was little information how to get to the city centre. We did go for walk but did not know where to head for. The parking was very expensive

Secure parking several blocks from the hotel.

Central city hotel, ideal for a one night stopover. Restaurants and bars within easy reach, but all seemed to close by 8 pm! Manager went out of his way to give us secure parking.

A good hotel with clean, good sized rooms. The air con was excellent. Breakfast is good, not a massive selection but all very fresh with warm bread and pastries. The staff were great, very friendly and helpful receptionist. Location is in a busy road but that’s not an issue as it’s very quiet at night. the room was very peaceful. We were a group of 5 motorcyclists and we arranged for 2 parking bays in the secure underground hotel car park at just 10 euros a bay. It’s a 20 minute walk to the main beautiful square which is well worth it. Enjoy

No cold tap water. Some dirt in the room after checking-in, not a big deal..

Despite the fact that the hotel is on a busy street, it is surprisingly silent at nights. Checkout is later than usual in European hotels (11:30). Hotel is not very near to a Place Stanislas, but it is a nice walk.
