This apartment is really cool, the location is absolutely brilliant, in the heart of Old Lyon.

The WIFI was weak/non-existent on the bed, which is the farthest place from the router. There were instructions for some air conditioning unit, but they didn't appear to correspond to the remote control in the apartment so I never got any AC going (there was a fan provided, that was fine for me in the 38 °C weather). ***Keybox***, I had to help a few people who were trying to pick up their keys because they didn't know how to open the keybox after putting in the code. After you put the code in the keybox, there are two buttons on either side of the keybox that you need to press both for it to open. This took me a while to figure out, and neither of the two other people I helped had figured it out before I explained it to them - so it would be helpful to mention this for future guests. It would have been nice to have a bottle of water in the fridge for guests who arrive. Tea was provided, but just a simple bottle of water would have made me feel a lot more comfortable.

The apartment was quiet, in a good location, and it's always helpful to have a key box to get in and out. Most most kitchen and washroom amenities (dishsoap, tea, cookie, towels, soap/shampoo) provided. Since the apartment only has a few windows into a courtyard (no view) it's like a cave, but because of that it said relatively cool compared to outdoors. The bassinet and shower are separate from the toilet, but the shower is a rain shower so that was nice. The shower is separated from the living room/sleeping room by curtain and the toilet is in a small room behind the bed (closed off by a door). As a couple or a single people this isn't/wasn't a problem, but it should be noted if your are travelling with a group of friends.

Nothing really, yes, more light, but the apartment had it all and outside area for me next time when visiting lyon.. But would stay again Tip Be aware if you are flying out of lyon and using public transport, give yourself at least an extra hour it quite a way out .

The location was outstanding. Central given that it was over 30 degrees, it was so easy to sightsee in the morning pop back refresh then off out again , evening location within all the restaurants which I have to say were one of the best collection with the authentic feel , loved so many places. The apartment I knew when booking had been given reviews on the light element so knew what to expect . Clean , lots of linen , cool with the fan given that it was over 30 degrees ( building helped ).the sofa bed was a great size given that it was me and my son it all worked well. Easy to follow instructions one you find the gate in the square . Lyon is an amazing place to visit 😍 we got caught up in the festive de music 🎶 on Wednesday, which was a perfect end to our short break.

We encountered difficulty in finding the way out due to the misleading design of the open-door button, resulting in approximately 20 minutes of struggle to exit the building.

The location is fantastic, with lively streets, yet inside the flat, it remains remarkably quiet. The flat itself is not only spacious, making it easy to move around, but also comfortable and clean. The time spent in the building has been the most exceptional experience I have encountered thus far.

Told them my husband had limited mobility. They said it was 1st floor with no elevator. They didn’t say it was us an old spiral staircase with non continuous rail. Inside there was a steep set of 3 steps to “lounge”, although this had a handrail. Steps up to toilet had no rail. Steps down a large well to bathroom had no rail and was inaccessible by my husband. It was studio, not a one bedroom apt. There was nowhere to put clothing, no wardrobe or drawers. Nowhere to put toiletries in bathroom. Sofa was uncomfortable and TV didn’t work. We moved out after 1 night of our 4 night booking as it was so dangerous!

- The historic building is charming but decaying. There is a large notice over the front door of the building, indciating the entire building will be redeveloped soon as a hotel. - Overall, it would be nicer to have brighter lights in the apartment, as it dark.  - More lighting is especially needed in the kitchen area - the kitchen is poorly equipped with low quality plastic kitchenware and utensils. There are no kitchen knives, wooden spoons and only one teaspoon. A couple of the stools are wobbly and need fixing.  - The bathroom could benefit from a shelf to place toiletries.

- Excellent location right in the heart of vieux Lyon, - The apartment is on the first floor of a very old and picturesque spiral staircase. The building, though decaying, has a lot of character. - The apartment is well designed given that lacks natural sunlight, with the only windows opening to a rather dark inner courtyard. - Beds and sheets are very comfortable. Towels are of a high quality, too.
