Great hotel near Triumph arc. The room had everything we needed, the beds were comfy. It was quite a big room for 2 of us, we didn't feel lack of space.

A rather small elevator, if I have to dislike something. But I like it all!

It is located in the center of Paris at a very affordable price. It is highly recommended! The staff is super friendly. The location is super. The grocery store is just across the street.

The location is perfect as for guests travelling for business as for tourists. The subway station is in 5 min by walk. The supermarket and farmacy is just accross the road. The hotel isn't big, cozy, has 2 lifts, very quiet. Rooms are enough spacy and very good soundproofed, equiped with Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, quality shampoo, shower gel and body milk. At the room was warm thanks to the adjustable ventilation. As well I should mention very tasty italian restaurant Del Papa with friendly staff nearby. We didn't take breakfasts at the hotel so I can't rate it.

There were some disadvantages in the room. The glass panel was broken, the bathtub was chipped, and the decorative elements of the bed were damaged. But the most interesting thing is that I was asked for a 100 euro cash deposit in case I take something in the minibar. I certainly understand everything, but such issues can be solved at check-out, and not so that at check-out, I had to remind to return me my 100 euros. The hotel offered breakfast for 26 euros per person, which seems a bit expensive to me.

It is a convenient location, you can see that they cleaned every day and changed towels. Opposite two stores, you can always buy a snack or water. Metro 3 minutes away, and the Eiffel Tower is 20 minutes away.

I liked everything. Only one complain . The name of the hotel was not the same as in Booking.com and it was a little confusing for me when I arrived

I liked the location. The room was spacious, warm and very comfortable. The beds were perfect. I slept like a baby 👶. There is coffee machine and capsules for free. I liked this a lot. It was clean . I will come back again

We were informed that we have to pay 100 euro deposit but they charged 250€ which is a big difference..in other hands at the booking app is showing that the city tax would be 5,77 euro for 2 persons/night but actually it was charged 16,5 euro which is also a big difference

A new bottle of eater each day would have been appreciated.

Breakfast was excellent. The Dining Room staff were superb. With the exception of one staff member who kept us waiting, the chambermaids were excellent as well.

The shower did not have hot water and it also stank a bad odor all the time. We had to shower in the bath which was not comfortable because there was not curtain or glass to prevent the water from runing all over bathroom.

Location, central and quite, breakfast and overall facilities pretty nice and decorated with a good taste. The hotel upgraded our room which we found very nice.

It's not possible to watch content on the TV from your device as it now is in many other hotels. This renders the very big TV somewhat useless, which is a shame. The sliding door between the room and the bathroom isn't ideal because it doesn't fully shut.

The room was extremely comfortable, with a lovely bed and very good pillows. Despite the building works outside it was very quiet and peaceful. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bathroom is beautiful with a very comfortable bath.

the rooms are relatively small, but that is all we needed for our stay.
