The pillows on bed could be better for a better nights sleep.

The commute was pain. Taxi availibility was issue. No shuttle service from the hotel.

Very strong Smell of cheap cleaning product. Pool is very small for the size of hotel. Bad indication between hotel facilities, you can be lost between the floors.

In summer good location for hikes, 10 min walk from village. Coffee machine is very good option.

I felt that the staff should’ve been more knowledgeable about the skiing. For instance when asked where we could rent skis they told us a place but they should’ve said that we would get 20% off rentals. The shower needed to angled a certain way so it wouldn’t flood the bathroom.

I loved that the property was an 8 minute walk to the lift. Nearby a bakery that you could get food at. The breakfast at the hotel looked great but pricey if you don’t want to eat much. The decor was ski based which was nice. Not a far walk to the town.

The hotel was totally unresponsive on the phone and could not sort out transport either from or two the Saint Gervais railway station (at 9pm and at 7am). I nearly ended up stranded on both ends of my journey (if it wasn't for kind locals helping me out) My room was OK, but not worth the money I paid for it (but that might just have been because I booked my room at the last minute)

I liked the openness of the hotel to people taking breakfast for packed lunches: they even provided sandwich bags and salad bowls for it. The pool and spa were OK... but lacked drinking water and towels... and I had to book my slot to use the spa

Our room was not ready until after 5pm (should’ve been 4pm, which I would already consider quite late in the afternoon). I know though that there are no doubt, as everywhere currently, staffing issues so would put this down to that. The rooms and hallways were a little tired. The reception area was unmanned several times when passing and wanted to ask a question.

Fabulous location and setting in the Alpine town. Staff were friendly and helpful. Food for dinner and breakfast was excellent. The spa/pool area was lovely too.

the bedroom facilities were not working (television/bedside lights/coffee machine) and we had to mention the issue 3 times before it got fixed.

We liked the location as it was handy to get to the ski lifts and the city centre. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was lovely too. the staff were friendly and professional. the food was lovely and there was a lot of choice.

Our room was on the 5th floor, which is down underneath the restaurant. on the basement level. very busy and noisy at 7am in the morning with chairs scraping along the floor. Not very relaxing

Rarely or never have I stayed in a hotel with such lack of charm, character and panache. Unfriendly and unhelpful reception staff, the lift broke down twice during our four night stay. The showers are dangerous as the water temperature fluctuated from cool to scolding.

Nothing. Breakfast is awful, designed for people who pack lunches. No fresh food or even eggs! Never been in a hotel that doesn’t do scrambled eggs for breakfast.

I was staying in the basement rooms, right under the restaurant. The entire evening and morning I could hear the noises from the restaurant above my head. Dragging chairs, squeaking, hoovering. Awful.

The bathroom and shower were not in a closed off room and the shower had no door. Water kept overflowing the shower tray (as there was no kicker or door to stop it) and the area in front of the sink was flooded with water. We asked them to fix it but never solved. We booked a forest view but what we actually got was a the view of 2 trees in their own garden - not exactly a forest. During the night (10:30 pm) reception staff were not always present.

The breakfast was very good with a lot of options and you are given the option to take items with you for lunch.
