The shower head is absolutely inadequate, must be changed. The hairdryer also is no good for a woman. They need to provide proper hairdryers with nozzle.

The room size is pretty small, the bathroom was little and the shower very small.

The room is clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. Services were ok and staff was nice and warm.

The suite we got was really good. Only the sofa bed was not really comfortable to sleep in.

The staff was extremely kind and helpful. We were traveling with three little kids and they went above and beyond to make us feel at home.

The staff regularly went out of their way to find ways they could be helpful. This was a solid four star hotel with service above and beyond..Couple that with a phenomenal right bank location and very well organized rooms and you have a winning proposition.

My only small criticism would be that the coffee served at breakfast was awful - so I just didn’t drink it …. It’s not like you can’t find a good coffee in Paris

This hotel is a gem located in the heart of Paris. The building is old ( probably 18th Century) but the interior is fresh, chic and brimming with Parisian style. Our room was a good size, well appointed and spotlessly clean. The decor was beautiful - a real ‘home away from home’ The staff were all very friendly and helpful I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel

Size and layout of the room made it tight for two people with a weeks worth of luggage. The room was plainly decorated and did not reflect the online pictures.

Very pleasant and friendly staff, great location although all the restaurants/bars in the general area shut down early. The breakfast buffet was decent & in a cave like setting that was really cool. The room was very clean and kept that way during our stay.

Excellent location for touring the city. The reception personnel were all very congenial. Jerome, particularly, gave us personal service. Bed was comfortable. Windows open if you like fresh air. HVAC system provided nice cooling in September.

The reception staff (front desk) couldn’t have been any nicer & friendlier, especially Chloe! They were all so friendly, courteous, & always asking if they can do anything for us! The hotel’s location was perfect - it was close in proximity to most of the popular tourist attractions, restaurants & shopping! All the facilities worked well. Breakfast was available although we didn’t avail of it.

Amazing hotel, very VERY close to everything. The room was ventilated and spacious and the shower and toilet were in separate spaces which we loved.

It’s a really lovely place in a really good area if you’re into shopping brands, lovely restaurants and cafeterias. Close by you will have the wonderful park. I wish the room was bigger but that was the only option available and I guess there are bigger rooms. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Overall it was a really good experience staying at this property. Paris is magnificent so there’s no disappointment in any way.
