FranceOne waiter at the salad restaurant upstairs was totally unfriendly with no manners and a waitress at the restaurant was not agreable at all and seems in a bad mood constantly.
We loved the huge and gorgeous pool and its warm blue water. The stairs going into the pool water where one can hang out to relax and get some sunshine are so confortable. The hotel keeps a fab vegetation, amazing southern trees and flowers, lovely to look at from the bedroom balcony

The Hotel is located directly at the beach. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was tasty, great variety of fruits and vegetables. The Personal was very friendly and helpful. Dog-friendly. Great Pool and Spa. Parking available.

United KingdomNot many staff spoke English and there were no English translations anywhere. Luckily I speak a little French and we had to use Google translate to understand information. The spa brochure was only in French so we struggled to choose things- again Google translate came to our rescue! We booked a twin room and had it confirmed in writing in February only to turn up to a double room. My daughter and I had to share the bed! We were offered a twin room on the second night but the view was not as good and we had already unpacked so chose to stay where we were.
Great location and good facilities - the outside pool was huge! Breakfast was great had a good choice and the food in the restaurant lovely albeit a bit pricy! Staff were very helpful and friendly.

The rooms are spacious and light with large, comfortable beds and well equipped bathrooms with big fluffy towels. Free use of the spa pool, sauna etc is a lovely bonus. The staff are welcoming and helpful.

The room and bathroom were comfortable, clean, quiet, spacious and well-equipped. We overlooked the outdoor swimming pool and could even see the sea! The staff are particularly charming and helpful and remembered us from last year. Although the car park is not huge, we were able to part our large vehicles (but would not attempt this at any other time of the year apart from low season). The spa/indoor pool facilities that are included in the price of the room make this hotel exceptional value during the quietest times of year.

United StatesThe restaurants are in a beautiful setting, but the food is rather mediocre. I had 2 meals in each restaurant and was not that impressed by the selection or the preparation. I do recommend the Sunday brunch, however.

United KingdomI had some significant issues with the wifi. It was extremely slow and unreliable, making it difficult to get any work done or even browse the web. This was especially frustrating since I was staying at the hotel for business purposes. Additionally, the gym opening times were not conducive to business travelers. I found that the gym was only open during certain hours, which didn't work for my schedule. I was also concerned about the hotel's security protocols. It was troubling that no identification was required when a room key was being replaced. This seemed like a significant oversight and left me feeling uneasy about the overall security of the hotel.
I recently stayed at this hotel and while there were some positive aspects, there were also some concerns that I wanted to share. The location of the hotel was great, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. The restaurant was also quite good, with a varied menu and excellent service.
