The lights outside were bright all night. There were curtains but it cut glow round the edges. Bath had spa jets but was 3/4 bath so impractical for average sized adult to enjoy. Lift had a 300kg limit so if you are a large couple with cases this may be an issue Kettle in the room didn't work (we only told the this as we were leaving so did not give the opportunity to remedy this

The location was excellent in that it was a stones throw fro. The metro and the view of the tower was epic as you walked tithe hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable We were on the second floor and could see the top of the tower from behind the building opposite

We got the deluxe suite (top room) and for how much we paid we did not get the appropriate room service. We were out all day and came back at 330/4pm and our room had not been cleaned. We then came back later that night and it looked like it hadn’t even been touched - the towels were still scrunched up and the bed poorly made. You are definitely paying for the location

The location was great very close to the Eiffel Tower and lots of restaurants. It’s a good idea that the hotel staff take the key when you leave the building

I booked a room for my mother’s birthday and was given a different room than I expected. One of the staff members told me they couldn’t guarantee which room gets allocated to until the day of check in. I said I the photos it showed me a room with different decor and view. I was disappointed as I flew my mum from Australia and wanted it to be special for her 60th birthday. The girl wasn’t really accommodating like other staff I’ve encountered in various hotels.

The property was in a great location. Very close to the Eiffel Tower. Clean and comfortable beds. Decorated well and stylish.

Its was in a brilliant location. Just a 10min stroll to the Eifel Tower and 5mins from the metro. Loads of points of interest within walking distance. We were given a free upgrade as it was my daughter’s 18th, so they put us in a room with a Tower view. The breakfast waiter also gave her a small chocolate cake on the morning of her birthday which was a lovely touch. The bar was open all night pretty much, and with it being a small hotel, there was no over crowding. It was a nice cozy set up.

Have to say that we were surprised how small the rooms are, no additional space. Not used to that as rooms in Australia rooms have space that include comfy chairs to sit on and just room for movement.

Bathtub seems that was not a very stable construction, Squeaks while going in/out, things was trembling a little bit as well.

Location was excellent, 2 mins walk from the metro station, in roughly 30 mins with 1 line change you could be anywhere. No particular view to discuss on the 3rd floor, if we were 4th or higher it would be better i guess.

Although small, the hotel was very comfortable and very well located. Also, the staff on reception were exceptional. From recommending a local restaurant, to booking a last minute dinner cruise and making phone calls to try to track down my wife’s lost phone, nothing was ever too much trouble and was always done with a smile!
