Scruffy curtains in room. Although room was large it was cramped because of a bedsofa - only one bedside table and little space beside the main bed because of this. Separate toilet and bathroom both needed updating. With no hand basin in toilet need to go in bathroom afterwards - or wait until bathroom free, unhygenic! Although a hairdryer provided in bathroom - no possibility if wantng to use own haidryer and mirror

As previous guests have commented the check-in process was very slow and we had to queue for ten minutes waiting for other guests to be checked in. Luckily the manager stepped in and gave us our key so saved the day for us.

Firstly the location is extremely convenient for travellers because it is just 2 minutes from the motorway. Secondly the restaurant served us an excellent meal accompanied by a superb Côtes du Rhône. Thirdly our bedroom was spacious with a very comfortable bed.

Long waiting time with check-in, I think because they seem to be understaffed. Same for the bar near the pool.

Dinner was a bit expensive.

Parking has plenty of spaces and is conveniently located just outside the main entrance on the ground floor. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. Located just off the motorway (2 minutes by car). Plenty of green space outside with a pool and table tennis table. Indoor free table football (although with a cork ball for some reason!) Dinner is of good quality.

Pool was amazing as well as the surrounding garden! Volleyball, table tennis, sandpit for the children! Big supermarket and French boulangerie just across the road. Outlet shopping center in walking istance as well as a nice park with a lake and a playground plus just off the motorway. Perfect stopover for us!

There was a strange smell, possibly drains, in the room. We had to keep the window wide open, then we didn’t notice it.

The hotel is very comfortable. It has an open bar area and a restaurant area. The staff were accommodating and friendly. We sat in the bar area and had a lovely meal in the restaurant with very nice wine. Our room was a superior double. It was a good size with a mini fridge and a lovely shower room. There were two doors separating the toilet from the bedroom which was good. Downstairs they have a water dispenser which is great for fresh cold water when you need it. They even sell stainless steel bottles for you to use. The pool looked good but we didn’t have time to use it.

The Airco didn't work, the bathroom and toilet seemed very outdated

We thought the room would be a bit larger and we felt pretty crammed as a family of 4. However since everything else was ok we couldn't really complain. We had a room with one big bed and a couch which folds out into a bed....We would stay again but book a larger room next time.

The pool is great for kids! My son also enjoyed the basketball hoop area and ping pong table (outside) as well as the soccer table located inside. The breakfast buffet is also great make sure to include in your booking!

Old toilets that need an upgrade. Not such value for money I purposely booked a room with a bath for the kids an we didn’t have a bath

There was a pit prop in our room supporting the roof!! I didn't notice it immediately as it was behind the TV. Would I feel safer in a room with a pit prop or without? Never really had to think about it before. Not what you expect in a hotel.
