We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomCommunication with staff was clear and efficient, nice welcoming with water/snacks. Apartment was clean and is well equipped same as pictures, perfect for our weekend getaway. Close to bus stop even though buses are not so liable in this area.

United StatesIf you’re coming by train and have heavy luggage, keep in mind you have a good 10-15 min walk uphill.
Super cute studio with a large nice terrace. The finishing was modern, thoughtful and tasteful. The bed was very comfortable. There’s AC in the studio, which is a must in summer. It has a kitchenette with a small stove, a little fridge, a microwave and a Nespresso coffee maker as well as a washing machine. The owners had a nice welcome snack pack. The studio had a very pleasant smell! There’s a market close by, and a very nice restaurant down by the train station (right by the sea).

This property is just amazing. Initially I was a little scared about the hill i had to climb from the train station but i also enjoyed the view meanwhile. Anyway after i made it to the property i found out that the bus station is only 1 minute from the building (so nothing to worry about). The apartment is amazing - clean and modern and the outside area is stunning. But don’t forget about the owners, they are so helpful and caring, just contact them for anything you need.

United KingdomNothing bad to write, the only thing I would point out is that if you're using the train to get along the coast (Monaco, Villefranche etc) the station is down a steep hill, however there is a handy bus that runs right past the apartment and does regular trips up and down to the station.
We used the apartment as our base for the F1 weekend at Monaco and quite simply it was perfect. Fresh towels for bathroom and beach, some provisions in the fridge and cupboard, basically had everything you need for a successful stay. There was lots of info/maps with things to do in the apartment and Clementine even put some beers in the fridge for us! We got advice and help for moving about (taxis/trains etc) and were also allowed a slightly later checkout, which helped immensely. The apartment is a studio layout with full kitchen utilities, free wifi, aircon and a lovely little garden area with sunloungers and patio. It is located actually nearer to Mala but is 30m from the main road that runs through the village with a supermarket, shops and plenty of places to eat etc.

The location of this apartment is excellent. It offers the convenience of nearby public parking spaces, allowing you to easily park your car. Additionally, you have the option to take a leisurely 45-minute walk to the town center of Monaco or utilize the train station, which is just a 10-minute walk from the apartment. Furthermore, the beach is within close proximity, making it easily accessible. The apartment itself boasts a wonderful design and is equipped with top-notch amenities. The highlight is undoubtedly the fabulous terrace, providing a perfect space to relax and enjoy the surroundings. A great bakery is directly on the main street.
