The bedroom was really small but for 1-2 nights enough. Not for a longer stay suitable our category was a normal 2 single bed bedroom.

Location, breakfast choice and quality, coffe and juices were good. It was clean and the stuff is friendly

Nothing major , a wall clock and a tiny refrigerator in the room would be perfect .

Excellent location, local communication, plenty of options to dine out, clean, secured locker to keep valuables, friendly and helpful staffs who speaks English, very kind to allow us to check in late (past 11 pm ) .

The room key kept not working. The front desk clerk helped. The secondo time it happened he acted in a rude manner and implied I was lying about the room key not working.

The breakfast selection was poor . I basically paid to eat a variety of bread lol. But I do love bread. We only had towels , so when we asked the front desk for hand towels to bathe with , we were told only towels provided. It was very awkward to bathe with a towel . The room for 2 was very small and the beds were too close . Felt like we were on top of each other .

It was clean and convenient to where I had to go. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly .

The parking!!! Its weird, on the way out first door opens, second one doesnt, you should manually push it...no instructions whatsoever

Power was switched off in the middle of the day for a couple of hours. We were not told that this was going to happen.

Good location. Clean hotel. Comfortable sized rooms. I appreciated the ability to check in very late at night after our train was delayed.

Rooms were small but adequate. Beds were a little hard for my personal preference.

Rooms were comfortable and clean. Staff were friendly and very kindly spoke English with us. They were also able to lend us some travel adaptors which we hadn't thought to buy as our stay was relatively short. Hotel is will situated near restaurants in Bercy Village (and metro station) and a quick walk (~10min) to Accor Arena. Breakfast was great also - a range of pastries, cold meats/cheese, cereal/yoghurt and sausages/eggs/beans.

The location was perfect, 5 minutes walk to Metro Station Saint Emilion. In addition near the hotel their is Bercy village, a really amazing village filled with shops like sephora, lindt... and a lot of restaurants. So we were spending the day doing touristic attractions and at night we were trying each day a restaurant in the village. The staff in the hotel were friendly and supportive. The room was clean, not super spacious for 3 people in the same room but its okay because the location was really convenient for us. Certainly we recommend this hotel.

Hotel has an arrangement for parking but the 'keys malfunctioned so had to request staff support. The staff were great but in late evening- might have been a problem if malfunction discovered say at morning checkout.

Very straightforward accommodation, my room probably smaller and bathroom/shower would suit the smaller person.

Construction happening in the next room started at 7am. Staff was very apologetic and made appropriate comps.

The bathroom is a little bit too small for adults. The breakfast selection is limited, not too many options.

The location is okay- 15mins walking from the Bercy station. It has a supermarket near the area.

Our room was a bit small, especially having luggages, but doable for a short stay

Super easy booking and check-in - especially for an emergency booking we did late at night, as the Airbnb we booked was horrible. The staff are nice and helpful. We felt safe and comfortable. Most of all, free chocolates!

Rooms were comparatively small.

Property is very close to the metro station hardly about walk of 5 mins. There are good options to eat in Bercy village again at a very close proximity. Rooms were cleaned regularly and they also provide options to leave baggage after you check out from the property.
