The shower is painful. Appreciate this is to save water but this shower head makes showering feel like being stabbed by tiny daggers of water.

The bathroom itself was very small, difficult to maneuver in after a shower and toilet did not flush properly and the room was pretty basic. The hotel is right next to a bus stop although The bus over the border to Switzerland is quite expensive.

We are a young backpacking couple so this place was perfect for us whilst visiting geneva. If you're looking for basic, clean and affordable accommodation I would definitely recommend here. It is just over the French border so it's much cheaper than staying in Geneva City. Moreover, it's super close to a big supermarket and also a fantastic pizza takeaway place. The breakfast was nice and definitely more affordable than a restaurant in Geneva (€10 per person) . You also have access to hot water and a microwave. The lounge area is really nice too, good place to chill. We felt safe here. The bed was super comfortable.

Similar to Premiere Inn or Travel Lodge in the UK but sadly no kettle with tea and coffee in the room but not the end of the world, but they do sell cola/wine at the check-in desk. One pillow per person on the double bed which threw us off at first but don't be alarmed, these are extremely comfy as is! The shower head was a kind of strange misty pressure washer, took a minute to get used to, and very slippery shower stall!

Close to Geneve airport just over the border into France (roughly 3-4 miles, which we did by foot, which was pleasant given how walkable Switzerland is in general). Grocery store nearby, beautiful quiet area. Friendly staff, clean, and comfortable room which was perfect for our single night stay. Didn't stay for breakfast so can't comment on that service but the cafe area did look very clean and inviting.

The rest of the room itself wasn't the cleanest. Toilet seat cover wasn't even attached when we arrived, just set on top. Shower head does not stay in holder which looked pretty old and gross

Bus Ticket was not provided for Visitors from Geneva Switzerland. The hptel should provide BUS TICKETS for their Customer going to Geneva, Switzerland. This will make the Hotel more comfortable for Visitors from Geneva to Lodge. The Bus Ticket fee can be charged with the Accommodation Fees. They should make arrangement with Geneva Transport Authority concerning the Bus Ticket. Well done.

Beds not comfy, only 2 pillows, no hot water in room, very small shower/toilet portacabin structure is the ensuite, noisy heating/aircon, not particularly friendly check in. Airport shuttle must be booked more than 24hrs in advance and costs €25 pp! Yet only a 10 minute drive

It is advertised as an airport hotel - it is not. 20 mins drive from the airport! Nightmare to get an Uber - unsuccessful at getting one back to the airport.

Airport transfer , usually when a hotel says it has airport transfer it is included in the price , but it's not and It's pretty expensive. . Best way is to just use the public transport.

Room was comfortable, the staff at the hotel helped with any questions that I had.

The pillows in the room were a bit used and low down. The breakfast buffet seemed to lack options. No eggs or hot food and I had asked about gluten free options but none. No phones in the room to contact reception with questions and I’m from a generation that liked to make a lot of tea and would have liked a kettle/cups in my room.

The room was clean and relatively quiet. Location from the airport was ideal and with the shuttle available.
