Excellent 'studio' appartment with kitchenette suitable for 1-2 night stay. Easy to reach off J14 of the A10 - straight down D2701 to the end roundabout and there it is. Nice to have a balcony for a bit of fresh air in the morning. Be sure to contact reception if arriving late as the carpark gate is locked and you need a code to enter. Have stayed before a couple of years ago and they seem to have refreshed rooms with some new paint. Some simple restaurants nearby if you need them.

Easy to find from the motorway with fast food choices within easy reach. Spacious rooms with kitchenette and dog friendly. Our overnight stay was comfortable and we found the staff friendly and helpful.

The heating didn’t work in the room 411 so we were a bit cold. Even with the temperature put up to 32 on the system it still didn’t function. As we were only there one night and we left early we didn’t complain. We also thought that the TV is too small to be as far away from the bed as it is.. needs to be a far bigger screen at that distance.

It’s spacious and clean with a comfortable bed.

Handy location just off the motorway, a great stopover point for our journey south. Ideal for a family with a separate bedroom plus sofa bed in lounge. The kitchenette was well equipped.

Facility needs some attention with maintenance and cleaning. Facility was acceptable but nothing better than just average. Location was just OK. Guest laundry area was dirty and packed with hotel dirty linen storage; thus we didnot use.

Average lodging with small kitchenette w/ refrigerator. Very nice and accomodating staff. Bicycle storage was provided in secured storage room on main floor.

On looking at it it's fab room . Lots of wardrobe space , washing machine and dryer on site (extra payment required ) .. had two coffee satches . Asked for some more was given 2 . Was there for 3 days .. Bed hard . Found my glasses and headphone fallen from shelf around bed , when I tried to retrieve caught my arm on 3 nails jutting out and cut myself . Bathroom light on timer so glares on you or partner whilst in toilet and turns off whilst your showering at night , doesn't come back automatically . You have to make sure if you use kitchen to clean it otherwise they charge 50 euros to do it .. nice body wash .. wardrobe doors need wipe down as dirty . Hurt sides getting near n and out of bed via trundle sticking out and hubby hurt shin tripping over sharp bed corner

The room was spacious, clean and tidy. The receptionist was helpful and friendly when we arrived. The buffet breakfast was plentiful and had several choices from Continetal style to Eggs, Bacon and yogurts. Fruit Juice and Tea / Coffee available as well.

Bathtub / shower unit could be a touch difficult for the elderly or movement restricted to get in and out of.

Comfortable and with good facilities, staff were helpful and friendly. On site parking was secure, bed comfortable (not too hard, not too soft), and the room size was more than enough for us. The hotel is a little on the older side, and some of the decor reflects this, but this did not make our stay any the worse. Will stay here again next time we are passing through.

We were told the hotel was pet friendly and had our dog with us. When we arrived we noticed a sign saying no dogs allowed in the restaurant but this is not stated when booking. Luckily we could take turns having breakfast and someone stayed with the dog but it was not ideal.

The rooms was nice and big. Bathroom was nice and clean. The location was excellent and the parking was plenty and free.

When I first stayed, the room was great value for money. This is not the case now. I feel that it is becoming to expensive. That is my only dislike.

room, breakfast, bed, cleanliness, staff were all top class. I have stayed here many times over the past few years on my return journey. The car parking is good and safe.
