The one downside was the lighting in the hotel. Whilst warm lighting is pretty it would be good to have some white strong light at least in bathroom when getting ready. The light was on top of the mirror in the bathroom making it difficult to see your face and it was yellow so not great for makeup. This is a minor thing that the hotel could fix to elevate the experience by simply adding some white light around the mirror. The hair dryer in our room and one of our neighbours was not working. However the reception gave us a replacement to use.

The location was just perfect!!! Multiple bus stops outside and the metro station and very walkable area. Hotel was clean and staff were lovely and helpful. The room was very small but big enough for two close friends. Free water filter station was available at the reception area which was great as we did not need to buy water once. There is also luggage storage.

Staff were incredibly helpfull and accomdating, hotel room had everything you need ans hotel was also Location was perfect for walking to Louve and also metro right outside. Lots of cafes and resturants nearby. Would definietly stay here again!

The lift on the ground floor has a tiny entryway. Other than that, no major issues.

The location is excellent! It’s located centrally near restaurants, shops and transportation. My room had a good view of the street below and is conveniently located near the metro lines. There are plenty of eateries and shops to explore and keep you busy.

Quite a good spot for using airport transfer bus. Also 30 minutes from lots of sights: Sacra Ceur, Notre dame and the Seine. Nice restaurant almost next door.

Location is very good. It's just across the street from St. Lazare Station. Reception desk staff are helpful. There is free water and sparkling water machine by the reception desk. Walking to the Metro is very near. Walking to the Opera and Lafayette is not far away. It is safe around. Walking to Chinese restaurants is about 10 minutes. Very good Chinese food. Breakfast is good. It takes about 50 minutes by taxi to airport.

The AC in the room , you have to call the reception every time you need to switch off/on the Ac or even change the temperature . This is so annoying. The lift is small difficult for baby stroller to fit

Hotel staff was really good. Location was very perfect, right next to the train and metro station. Restaurabts was rigjt there. Only problem was the room and bathrooms size. It was way too smaller then it looked in the pictures.
