Stairs to room are difficult with large luggage.

Charming location convenient to the main sites and parking. Loved the view from the room! Comfortable bed. Staff was very accommodating and the breakfast was good.

Stairs up to room a little difficult with a suitcase, was ok for us but could be a challenge for some. Showers took a while to drain but otherwise showers were fine. Water glasses in the room would be beneficial. Guests to be aware that if arriving by train there’s a 2km walk to the town which can be challenging on a warm day. There are some taxis available. I would recommend booking taxi in advance if possible. Staff at Vignobles Fabris kindly helped with this.

Beautiful old building in a great location for restaurants and places of interest. Breakfast continental and huge !! Staff very helpful and unobtrusive. View from our windows for two rooms were lovely. My sons room had no windows but did have excellent air conditioning unit which was much needed as there during a heatwave. Wifi available and good. Beds comfy, rooms clean. Very good value. Breakfast extra at 9.50 euro per person, this was excellent value and the staff put on a plentiful breakfast, not worth trying to find it elsewhere!!!

The bathroom was okay. We didn’t really like the shower or the drawn curtain concept, but it was okay for a short stay.

Some of the rooms are big enough for a family of 4 if you ask for an additional bed rather than having to get 2 rooms. Extra beds are possible at a small cost. Parking directions could be clearer to the free parking just outside of the town. This is not far from the accommodation at all so adds to the great location.

Nothing really - lovely room with a nice quaint view- only thing negative was there was a large shower and bathroom area behind a curtain and the shower did not have lights so it was a little dark to see so could have done with a ceiling light so you can see a bit better- this didn’t detract from the fabulous room though!

The bathroom. Tiny, no handle on the sliding door to open or close, nowhere to hang your towel, toilet roll holder falling off wall.

The rooms were clean described as having large double beds as we requested king size or what they describe as « très grand lit double ». Up on arrival we discovered one room had a queen bed and the other a double bed. One room not clearly identified as only having a small window in ceiling that can’t be opened therefore the room gives impression of a dungeon. That room also had an AC unit that needed to be taped with duct tape to function- this needs to be fixed and a more permanent solution established. The showers are very small. Would also be worth investing in a mattress cover and better fitting fitted sheet and

Worth noting, May not have been the hotels fault but we asked for a hotel with parking and only when we received our confirmation we were advised they did not provide parking. We did park right in front of the hotel in a paid parking spot, but you have no guarantee this will be available

Location was excellent, regular updates from staff as we asked to arrive early. Booked a large room with view and it did not disappoint. Breakfast, was good value for money, with friendly staff.
