Wifi did not work for the whole stay

The mattress was very hard and the pillow was very small. The bathtub-shower combo was difficult to get into, not recommended for people that have difficulties with this sort of thing.

Nice room, overall clean. Free minibar with a small selection of drinks. Snacks available for free in the lobby. Great location with a shopping area right across the street that has stores for everything you could need.

Perhaps a little too far out from Munich for its location. Past 8:00 pm there are perhaps only two places open; that would be a local smoke -filled bar and an Italian restaurant. I'm speaking of that which is within a short walking distance. The staff at the front desk were a little unorganized. I have yet to receive a refund for one night's stay. I was originally scheduled for September 21st through October 1st, however, my initial flight over was cancelled and I had to take a flight the next morning. That means that I only stayed there from the 22nd until October 1st ! They said that they would deposit 110 euros back into my account and I have yet to receive it ! That comes to around $120 in American money, give or take the current exchange rate.

I liked that the cleaning staff were very friendly. The place was clean enough.The Kercheim district was definitely quiet at night.

Location, staff seemed uninterested in helping, and elevator has been broken for what looks like years.

Beds were clean and comfortable, shower was also nice. Good place to sleep but too far out of the city.

Room was quite warm despite open windows, A/C not available. Overall a tad overpriced.

Room was spacious, clean, good and funny lighting options, big TV, spacious bathroom, enough towels. Close to bus station, bakery and super market.

At 9:00 2/3 of food was out and noone came to fill some of it. Dirty pillows and very uncomfy bedding. In reservation - one of parameters of the room was "view on city" but only view what i had was parking lot from window. :D

The kindness of reception. The place how big it is and possibiities. In opossite of hotel - geat lounge bar with shisha. Named MASK OFF bar :D.

Administration is a weak point here. It took the receptionist 30 minutes to find they key of my room. Fawlty Towers wasn't far away. And what is particularly annoying me is that after 2 weeks and several calls/mails, I still haven't received an invoice, allthough I paid my stay right away. Please do something about that !

Overall a good hotel, clean rooms, decent breakfast. 30 min drive to Messe München and no traffic jams.

The room, which we have booked, wasn't prepared for check-in, though we have arrived in the late evening. The alternative room, which was proposed to us and supposed to be better, in fact looked like chip mothel or brothel. Also, it was quiet dark there, there wasn't enough light and it was insufficient. It's ok if you just need to stay for one night, but it isn't worth staying there for a weekend trip

The room was a bit warm for my taste, but I was able to open at least 3 windows.

Stopped here for a night during my trip. It was lovely that check in was able until 23:00 and the lady behind the desk welcomed me with a big smile. Also check out was easy for early departure and the breakfast was diverse and more than enough. The free drink in the mini bar was also great to end a long day with.

Second time i made the reservation 10 minutes upfront. The room could have been cleaned more properly. There was dust everywhere.

Stayed there twice. The first time the room was nice and clean. There a free drinks in the fridge. Hotel is in the middle of a small shopping center with shops, restaurants etc. Enough parking spots available.
