Late check-in. we had travelled from Spain early and arrived earlier than the 5pm checking time and had to drive around til 5pm. Advertised as a restaurant but not open due to refurbishment….ate in nearby town at La Cabana which was excellent!

very impressive location & beautiful main house.. good parking & quiet. very helpful staff…asked for a kettle in our room & was duly presented with a kettle with cups & saucers. clean room, good shower. Bed really comfortable. will definitely be returning.

No restaurant for an evening meal despite what it said when I reserved. They did recommend an excellent restaurant - l’Alchimiste, which we enjoyed. It is nicer, however, when you are making a long journey, to be able to eat in your hotel and not to have to drive there and back.

Facilities were all closed except for the gym. No restaurant or bar and around there s nothing close by. No people at the reception so if any issue, there s no one to help.

Very few guests. I may have been the only one. Not that it’s a problem.

Great location if you are passing and want secure car parking. You literally park outside your room. Staff are lovely and very helpful. WiFi was great. Dinner was very good. Not the cheapest but quality. Breakfast very nice. It’s all new and very clean. I would definitely stay again.

Stunning, peaceful, charming and elegant place to stay. The owners could not be more pleasant. The breakfast was perfect. It was a wonderful experience. We will absolutely go again and recommend it to everyone we know!

the location is quiet and has a very nice mayoral setting , well taken care of and enjoyable . We had a great relax time and recommend. for the quality the price is low and the way to get relaxed . we will be back .

We were not informed on booking evening food would not be available. Nowhere to eat on evening arrival. Room was not a chateau room, but in a stable block

this is basically a motel - not a chateau Relais; the rooms are themed; you enter your room directly from outdoors; as a guest you never enter the house shown on the picture; none of the facilities were open when we stayed

no restaurant on the day we were there, breakfast the next morning was nothing to write home about. and whilst the room had everything you needed it was like sleeping in a shipping container.

the hotel has potential, but if it was mine I would not have ket rooms whilst the hotel was in such a mess.

I love the location and the surroundings. It is a wonderful place to stay even longer than just a night! I hope next time the pool will be done so the kids can be even happier! Also the dogs were loving it

Evening meal was super and the staff were very helpful, would return with no hesitation , asked for kettle to allow my hubby & I to make coffee and this was no trouble for the staff to provide.

That all the facilities that you see on the website arn't available, like the pool, tennis courts etc, because they are renovating the place
