United KingdomThere is a nice patio area outside the french windows. Unfortunately this is not very private and other guests tended to use it as a cut through, putting their luggage over the wall from the car park to save carrying it round. I think it would be an advantage if some method could be found to make it obvious that this is a private area.
Excellent location and the parking was a bonus. The welcome tea/coffee and milk was a nice touch. The bed was very comfortable and we were prepared, from other reviews, for the lack of bedside lights or shelf by the bed. The kitchen is well equipped.

United KingdomWe didn’t realise that the patio area was actually a walk through for lots of other apartments. So didn’t feel comfortable using it. The patio furniture wasn’t suitable for older people. And felt there could have been hooks installed in bedroom and bathroom for dressing gowns. Especially in the bathroom as there was nowhere to put your clothes when showering. Also a grab rail to get in and out of the bath to use the shower. Also a privacy film or something is needed in the bedroom as again it’s right on the patio where everyone walks. And really could have done with a brighter main light in the bedroom. Maybe another saucepan could be provided as there was only one.
We liked the central location in Woolacombe and having private parking was ideal.

United KingdomThe flat was really hot and there wasn't a fan provided, no instructions on how to use the heating system either as I would have liked to turn on the radiator in the bathroom to dry my wet beach stuff. Bedroom defiantly needs black out curtains, a fan and maybe a shelf above the bed to put a drink or phone at night. But to be clear, I had a great time despite this!
Amazing location, can leave the car and just walk to the shops, cafes and beach. Made it easy to nip back if needed Clean apartment. Pool and sauna were great, it was just me and 1 person using it. The advanced booking system is a bit annoying but I guess its needed in the summer months.

Great location, with an included parking space which is very valuable for the area. Great onsite facilities with a pool and sauna, prebookable in advance. Perfect after a day on the beach or a long walk.

United KingdomThe bed being right up to the wall was a no, but I suppose the layout of the bedroom only allows this. Where the wardrobe and tv is. Which means nowhere to put you glasses whe. You take them off.
The apartment was really well laid out. Spacious and comfortable. The location close to the beach was good. Use of the pool and sauna which we use in the morning. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. Bed was comfy. Was always warm in the apartment when you came in.

United KingdomWe didn’t like that the bed was up against the wall and squeezed in between the wall and the wardrobe. So there were no bedside cabinets or anywhere to put your book and phone. Difficult to make the bed too. The outside space wasn’t private. These are two small things as we loved the apartment.
We loved the location, it was modern with nice furniture and excellent appliances. The ease and convenience of parking, the pool and leisure facilities.
