Perfect location to stay for the London Marathon! Easy to get to the start, good value and the staff was so encouraging while doing their marathon preparation/decoration in the morning. Highly recommend!

The price I feel for that area all be it it is Near the 02 is a little on the exspensive side imo but maybe that's just London prices.

The room was spotless and very comfortable, tea and coffee facilities and the staff were friendly .

Shower to cold to use , manager came at 11.30 pm to remedy but not hot next morning ,tv waste of time needs replacing ,leak on window area

Location for the O2. Close to train station for travel to/from London. Toilet and shower area very clean.

The only downside was the shower took quite a while to run warm, but eventually did come through.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was good for the O2 event we were attending around a 35 min walk, also on a bus route.

The down side that some might not like, you could here the traffic from my room. But bearing in mind you are in London and sat at the side of a duel carriage way. Personally I was not to bothered.

It was clean and tidy, friendly staff. The bar was a good old proper london pub which had a very warm friendly atmosphere.

Electric Shower did not get hot at all, tv picture kept going blurry, windows were single glazed with big gaps in so room was very cold

It was very noisy over night, which is to be expected as the hotel is on a main road. So if you're a light sleeper this won't be good for you! It took about 5 minutes for the water in the shower to reach luke warm only. I gave up waiting for it to get hot from the sink.

The location is perfect for maritime Greenwich and the O2. The room was clean, decent amount of towels and lots of tea and coffee supplies. The staff were really helpful. Good view of Canary Wharf!

It's a shame the hotel doesn't do breakfast. The check in lady said that she would ask the chef but then said that it wouldn't be until 9am which was later than we wanted so we walked to Costa instead. We did hear noise when the people in the room next to us arrived back quite late at night but that can't really be helped.

We were able to leave our bags at the hotel before the official check in time. The lady who checked us in was friendly and helpful. The room looked like it had been recently decorated and was fresh and clean. It was plenty big enough for two. It wasn't too noisy. We walked from the hotel both into Greenwich itself and to the O2 ... both longish walks. There was information in the room about buses to and from the O2. I would stay there again if going to the O2. Much better value than lots of the other hotels we looked at.

The area is a bit sparce for London - not many places nearby to eat and drink. The bar of the pub was OK for a quick drink, but they don't do any food etc, so we got the bus down to Greenwich for breakfast. Shared toilet is something you don't get very often these days in guesthouses etc, but it was clean and well decorated and I think some rooms were en-suite so the loo wasn't busy, although there did seem to be quite a few people staying that night. Quite a bit of road noise, but they are in the process of doing the place up, so maybe double glazing will be fitted at some point.

I liked the price and location to the O2. The bus stop for the buses that go down to the arena is only about 20 metres away and coming out of the show, the queues for the tube and car parks were massive, but the bus just went straight through because there are bus lanes going down there, so for the O2, it's a great location. Staff in the pub were friendly too. I would stay there again if I was going to an event at the O2

Placement of bed under large TV mounted on the wall, made watching difficult and fretted all night was going to fall on my head.

Great place to sleepover after watching Peter Kay at o2 arena. Room was very clean, beverage facilities and bed was comfy.

Really helpful, welcoming staff, great location for O2 and if you didn’t want to walk, loads of buses with bus stop close to accommodation. Very clean, all facilities as expected, really comfy bed. Refurbishing my floor but was aware of this and caused me no problems at all.
