Not keen on a bar of soap, when paying £130 a night I would have expected hand soap, shower gel and a small moisturiser, didnt include breakfast. There was a slight gap and the window didnt close correctly so i did hear several planes landing.

Lovely staff, very comfortable beds & clean room, tea & coffee/hot choclate and biscuits was lovely. Breakfast had a great selection and very tasty.

Corridors/public spaces looked a little tired - towels at the window as there was a fault - not a great impression

Pool felt very small and crowded, so not the most relaxing but was ok. We could hear traffic noise throughout the night as the hotel is located just off of a very busy main road.

Our room was clean and big with a decent shower and kettle, tea & coffee in the room. Staff were polite, and the bar area was reasonably priced. Free parking was a bonus! The hotel is very close to the Resorts World Arena & NEC (5 min walk), which was perfect for our stay. We didn't have breakfast, so I can't comment on that.

Check-in was from 2pm however my room wasn’t ready until closer to 3pm. They make a big thing that you have to book the pool and can only use it for an hour, however when we stayed the staff at the pool didn’t check our names or room numbers so it was just a pointless phone call we had had to make 24hrs in advance.

Breakfast was good although a bit pricey at £14. Hotel was clean and tidy and is obviously undergoing a refurbishment so the standard will only improve. Around 10mins walk to NEC which is what we were there for. Would definitely stay again.

Our room was above a smoke shelter #174 so when we opened the window the cigarette smoke came through the window and it was warm so I needed the window open.

The end of the hotel we were in was lovely and peaceful, but so hot. Considering it was only 15ish outside, the indoors was closer to 22ish. No aircon, and leaving the window open made it difficult to sleep with the nearby road. This end of the hotel, room in the 190s, was noticeably warmer than the rest of the hotel.

People knocking on door and entering every 10 mins wanting to clean, did not wait for an answer. Did this on all our booked rooms from quite early. I understand they got a job to do but didn't wait for an answer and walked in on a few people get changed and one person in bed.

Very clean. Bed was comfortable with good amount of pillows. Plenty tea/coffee in room. Bar open until 12 midnight and can order a light snack if wanted until late. Had the superior room which was great, some other guests had normal rooms which were alot smaller but again very clean and functional. Great location for world resorts. Would definitely stay again if using the venue.

The only thing I wasn't too keen on was the hot breakfast, not very tasty but then I usually find that's the case with buffet style breakfast. Also the room did get quite hot during the night.

Perfect location for going to Resorts World Arena, literally a 5/10 minute walk away (reception will tell you the shortcut cos google maps tries to take you on a half hour route). Staff were really friendly and helpful, pool was great, didn't use the gym but it looked well equipped. Room was clean and comfortable. Bar area was comfortable and nice outdoor seating area too.

Sauna and changing rooms could do with a deep clean. Odd changing arrangement in leisure club with changing benches next to the door. Room was nice and clean, but no toilet roll holders in en suite, I paid too much for the student house vibes. Really nice facilities which deserve being looked after.

Great location, nice pool, friendly and accommodating staff. Excellent breakfast options.

Only wanted some toast and tea for breakfast but had to pay £9 for the continental option. Underside of the toilet roll was dirty. Shower temp didn’t adjust, was hot or boiling.

Very comfy bed. Big bar area, lots of seating, very reasonably priced drinks. Free parking. Staff super friendly and helpful.

The pricing if the breakfast, for example they had an sporting event in which the breakfast was separate. Due to this they had no sausages and had to go to another room to complete the breakfast meal, which was quite disappointing.
