The TV in the apartment had some black vertical lines through the middle of the screen, however the TV wasn't too important to me and everything else was perfect.

Everything was perfect!

We stayed at Oak Lodge on the evening of our wedding and the following night and the property was stunning. Beautiful location, bright open plan lodge with everything we could have wanted! It was a beautiful place to wind down from a week of excitement :) hosts were incredibly friendly and gave us a tour of the grounds and other accommodation which was lovely! Thank you also for the bottle of Prosecco to celebrate - such a generous and thoughtful touch! We will definitely be back :)

Bed linen was torn in some places (but very clean)

The view into the garden and the small terrace were really nice. Very comfortable and spacious. Located in a quiet environment and a "base camp" for exploring Loch Lomond and the surrounding region. Well suited for longer stays. Very friendly staff and easy check-in and check-out.

Nothing the owners could do anything about, but the nearby road, the A82, was busy and noisy through the night.

We liked the fact that we could cook our own meal and we had more than just a bedroom. There were chairs and a table etc. Also liked the fact that we could walk around the property gardens, and we could reach the loch by foot in the evening.

Not a problem for us but the access is via an external metal and glass staircase so may not be suitable for everyone.

Very quiet peaceful location but central for travel with Scotland. Dog friendly. Perfect for an overnight stay.

I can’t th8nk of anything we didn’t like. We’d definitely go for a return visit.

The cottage was perfect. Nice quiet position with adjacent parking and a nice outlook and outside seating. Nicely furnished, comfortable and clean. Great location too!

Main door into our cottage was a bit stiff - that was the only thing we could fault!

Beautiful accommodation in a lovely setting. Very high standards of cleaning. Dog friendly, lovely staff. Couldn't have been happier. Extremely comfy beds, quiet environment surrounded by nature - we both commented it's the only accomodation we have been comfortable and slept the entire night on the first night. A home away from home. Relaxing. Beautiful setting, particularly enjoyed making our own breakfast and eating it whilst watching the garden.

The property was faultless in all aspects. Clean, Comfortable, TV worked, Bed was comfy, location great. Ideal for 1 day to 7day stay. Our block of 4 cottages had a south facing patio with agrassed area ideal for dogs to stay over. I will deffinately stay here again if I am in the area.

It didn’t bother us but some people might not like the slight noise from the busy A82 which runs past the estate.

Rose cottage was lovely inside and very clean. We were 2 couples so it was very handy to have 2 bathrooms. Everything we needed was there and we loved the hot tub! Although we didn’t use it, there was also a BBQ. The property is located in a beautiful setting close to Balloch (5-10 mins by car) and Loch Lomond. The cottage is on an estate with several other nice cottages. It is very noticeable that they have thought of everything, including an area with washing machines and an ice machine!

Only one minor point, the mirror in the room was in an awkward place not easy to do your hair and makeup.

Excellent accommodation in the most beautiful setting. The views and the grounds were amazing. Easy walk into balloch with its bars and restaurants.
