Needs a welcome book to let you know how everything works,and how to get the most out of your stay,how to get heating working ,what to do with towels etc when you leave the property.

It's a big property,great to spread out and be very comfortable,under floor heating was a great surprise,would like to go back again.

There were plenty of mirrors in the property but our only (really small) problem was there was no full length mirror for us to check our wedding guest outfits!

Location was great for walking into Braunton and also for the wedding venue, Ash Barton Estate. Also only a short drive to the beaches. Property was lovely, clean and very welcoming. We have a 7 month old and there was a high chair which was really handy. Bedrooms were a lovely size!

The twin room lacked a wardrobe which didn’t bother us as we were only there for 3 days but it could be a useful addition to the room for longer stays.

The cottage is in a central location in Braunton and has its own car parking space. It is within walking distance of shops, and several eating places. The cottage was much more spacious than I had imagined and it was nice to have additional seating downstairs next to the lounge. The small outside area at the front of the cottage was a lovely sun trap.

The only downside I can think of was there is some road noise and there was also a wedding party going on over the road one night, but this was minor and honestly wouldn’t put me off booking again.

Cottage was perfect - clean, well equipped, very homely and excellent location. Couldn’t have asked for anything more!

The cottage is well-located in Braunton in a quiet area but close to the shops and restaurants (walkable) with allocated parking. It is well-furnished and has a good deal of space for 4 people.

Not much really. We couldn't find the recycling for glass bottles, so we had to take them home with us.

Very clean, well stocked kitchen with welcome gifts - thank you. Good WiFi, very close to a good pub and other facilities in the village. Beautiful scenery nearby and good rock.climbing at Baggy Point (the reason for the trip).

The cottage was lovely and perfect for our needs. There was just a little bit of road noise from passing cars on the B road to Saunton.

Lovely cottage, beautifully decorated and we felt we were staying in somebody's second home. More spacious than we expected from the photos. Very well equipped kitchen with some basic ingredients like cooking oil provided. Excellent base for heading to Croyde or Saunton Sands only a few minutes drive away. It was great for a family of four planning to self cater.
