Owners are very nice people, nice area comfortable bed 10 out of 10 if I will be back in Birmingham definitely this is the place to stay

Very nice host, very nice accomodation with all the utilities you need within the property and in good accessible location close to many amenities. Much better than I expected. Its also deceptively and pleasantly quiet being so close to the hustle and bustle of Coventry road. Thanks for the stay.

the host was amazingly friendly - drove me to the bank and would have driven me to the airport if the taxi would have been late - very tidy - nice garden - kitchen and fridge ( had my own space there ) - and only 23 Minutes by bus ( X1 ) to the airport/NEC and in the other dircetion to Birmingham City ( didnt go there so no idea how long that would take ) Taxi from airport/NEC did cost 13 to 20 pounds depending on day and time

Perfect for me. The room was nicely decorated, spotlessly clean and comfortable and had everything I needed (electric sockets, long mirror, chair and wardrobe). My hosts were welcoming and kind and the kitchen was well-equipped and clean. I loved the peaceful, quiet area and free parking.

Nice, clean, friendly caretaker and hosts, shame it's in such a poor area, high crime, drug dealing, regular car accidents in the area, but the accommodation is highly recommended.

Mattress probably could do with changing. Window has a draft. Wasn't a problem but you can feel it flowing from under curtain, straight to head. Not clear where it is. Basically on the main Rd, you need to find a gated alleyway...and go to the end. House is on the right. Second one from end.

For the price, you get a warm bed. You get complementary tea coffee and shared space. Simple process and no one to bother you.

There was a little bit of noise from other people who were staying and arriving back late.

The host was very friendly and helpful and was there to welcome me on arrival. Good facilities and lots of places to eat nearby.

Sometime the visitors stayed in shared properties are produce noise in quite hours the house rule should be followed this is the responsibility of visitors.

Bree is an excellent host, if you need anything she will guide & help. Place is well managed, calm, clean and comfy. Bathrooms are so clean and tide. Very quiet location, no attraction site in surrounding.

The pans in the kitchen are a bit old, so they don’t look clean enough. It might be a good idea to replace them.

Some essentials were lacking no hairdryer, no tissue in the room just one bedside, the light beside the bed was not working. No slippers, no shampoo or soap in the bathroom. Hopefully the owner will consider these things.

Lovely people. It was clean and tidy, really warm and cozy, there were socket plugs both side of the bed, and we had access to the fridge. There was tea and coffee and some dishes for cooking👌

Unfortunately i couldn't watch tv as the connection was absolutely horrible and didn't work properly, it was stopping nonstop.

The staff at bree and geesi hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location close to major attractions The room was very pleasant, it was cozy and clean. The hotel team has always been friendly, patient and helpful. Something I really appreciate about bree and geesi the manager was very kind person ❤️
