Rooms were very small, with broken tiles in the bathroom. Didn't have a stirrer/spoon in my room and sadly the receptionist couldn't find one for me either.

Easy commute with nearby stations . Easy commute.

Of course it was the cheaper hotel we could find for the period that we choose but still i believe that the money we gave is not value for this hotel…dirty walls in the room…the bed was ready to break…etc…anyway cheap price if you compare it with others but 0 for cleanness and comfort

Dirty room. Mould. Stains on the walls. Cold, radiator broken. Given a noisey blow heater that was too noisey to keep on at night. Noisey and room vibrates from the tube underneath hotel. Very old springey mattress and bed held up by a small piece of wood. Shower not working properly, either too hot/too cold. Not good value, basement room for £55. Was originally supposed to stay in a room on the first floor but the lock was broken.

The bed mattress was of very poor quality and the spiral springs were making noise with every slight move.

We stayed for one night and hence, the accommodation was passable/bearable, as it is located 10 minutes from King's Cross-St Pancras and, therefore close to transportation links. The room was okay, although the bed mattress was of very poor quality. The bathroom was renovated and clean. Lastly, there is a bit of humming coming from the trains passing just below but it is overall fine for one-night stay.

We don't mind booking basic accommodation, and for the location this was very cheap! However, it was freezing when we arrived, and the heating wasn't working in the room. The lad on reception was very helpful and gave us a blow heater so that was easily resolved. The stains on the walls were a bit off-putting, the bed was propped up by a couple of blocks of wood and the mattress was old and saggy, none of it felt very stable. Overall it wasnt very clean as I'd have liked. We thought the noise from the trains would keep us awake but it didn't so it was actually an okay night's sleep although cold. Biggest annoyance was the discovery at 6am that there was only one mug so we had to take it in turns to have coffee. I'd probably be prepared to pay a little bit more for something basic bit a little cleaner / comfortable next time.

The lad on reception was very helpful

    It's fine for 1 night.

After my initial shock of finding the Daisy Hotel, I was rethinking my stay. After entering, a man was sat in a small cupboard. His English was interesting but seems troubled with the process of my arrival. My journey to the top floor was actually quite fun, with the stairs being all different sizes. The best way to describe the place is Wonky. My room was clean, I think it was clean. I checked my bedding and towels. Something was not quite right. The floor was not clean, I found wrappers, a T-shirt lol. Popped open the window, turned the TV on ( 3 kids channels and a random channel showing old re runs) The bed, It was being help together with a wooded beam, I actually feel sorry for it. Very sqweeeekey all night for three night. I was laughing in the end. The room was fine. Will stay again.

the bed was the worst we've slept in so far on our 5 month holiday. We were not sure is was going to hold up for our 2 night stay. I went to the office after our first night to see if I could get some tools to fix it but at the time there was no one on reception .

The location and the staff we good. the room was ok.

Walls were filthy. Curtains stained. Window had a towel wedged in it to stop drafts (didn't work) Shower attachments were crusty. Sink mirror was hanging. Bed Frame was unstable, one leg was dropping bed up. Internal door latch was very temperamental.

    Close to kings cross.

It was a metal bed that was clearly broken and put back back together with planks of wood. The mattress was old and springy and uncomfortable. It was a very squeeky bed with the slightest movement. Behind the bed was clear it had never been hoovered riddled with cobwebs. The cleanliness of the room, in general, was questionable. It was extremely noisy due to single glazed windows, the reception desk next door we could hear doors closing and chapping early hours and the underground metro below the room on the ground floor was noisy too. On arrival, there were bags of rubbish dumped all over the street outside the front of the hotel, which was our view from the window. The area outside in general wasn't pleasant to walk around, especially later in the day. Honestly the only good thing about this hotel was the staff.

The staff were extremely nice and it was close to the train station.

Well, I don't even know where to start. It was clear that they made a picture of their finest room... but all the other rooms seem to be in the worst shape ever. The floor was uneven, the bathroom was questionable if it was clean we didn't dare use the shower. The walls were dirty, and the bed was hanging on to dear life under us. The sheets were probably infested with something, we didn't wanna think about what we would see if we used one of those uv lights. The provided cups, electric kettle and the table spoon, all were also not appetizing. We also thought for a while, that there's no window because when we got in the curtains were closed and it was open. We didn't check if we can close it but we suspect we wouldn't have been able to. At the check in they made a picture of my passport and at check out the only thing they did was take the key. No further administration. All this i found a bit shady.

I honestly can't say a thing that was okay, maybe the air quality. For sleeping it was fine but would never recommend it.
