Our TV didn’t work in one of the cottages. Another thing that would have been good is a washing up sponge in the accommodation and maybe some salt and pepper sachets. There was a dishwasher but no sponge to hand wash anything.

We loved the location, the facilities, the staff and most of all the accommodation and how perfect it was for our needs. We were a large group and we had 2 cottages close to each other and we felt safe and secure there. The accommodation was equipped with all the things we needed for our stay.

Really lovely cottage. Had all the necessary facilities for a relaxing stay. Just a shame the golf course was shut. The cottage was clean and cosy and very warm. The staff were helpful and friendly. Great location - close to Tenby and other beaches.

Can't say there was anything big really. Maybe the bed sheets. We found they had been washed with strong chemicals which made us itch.

It's location is perfect, it's quite with lovely views. Also close enough to Tenby and the attractions for the children. Lots to do at the complex with friendly staff who are happy to help.

I'm a big fan when it comes to hiking. The accommodation was two minutes from the renowned coastal path. Beach was just 2mins away. Loved it.

Cottage was spotlessky clean, warm and equipped with everything needed for a home away from home experience and much more. Staff was so warm, welcoming and efficient. Good facilities for funtime with children including pool, tennis and a lovely playground. No catering on site but nearby farm cafe under 2 mins drive serves excellent breakfasts. Great location as a base for exploring this most beautiful part Wales.

The Sister Hotel, the Manor House. We were made to sit in a small room with no atmosphere because we had a dog.

The bunk bed squeaked and also when we tried to run a bath the water wasn't warm enough.

One of the main reasons we chose this accomodation was that it had a spa, pool and gym facility. However, the spa was only available on the first day and then was not available the rest of our stay due to an issue. Also, we were unsure of the opening times of the gym. One staff member told us we could use it until 530 pm and then another staff member came up until 5pm and told us it was closed.

We were very impressed with the accomodation. It was clean and had everything needed for our stay.

If the restaurant had been open or facilities to buy milk or things like that, but not a big problem.

Love the location, you can do as little or as much as you want, a real home from home.

The bed was really squeaky in one side, so make a noise when rolling over. But just meant we had to cuddle up on one side 🥰

The self check in was really handy as we were running late. The x3 rooms plus foyer meant we had loads of room Stunning conversion. Supper close to the beach, and Tenby down the road

Check time is too early, 10am check out is a rush job, especially with a family.

Stunning place, bit further from Tenby then realised.
