It was perfect and there was nothing to dislike!

Staying at Cherrytree had the most homely, fresh, modern feel to anywhere I have stayed recently. The room is spacious and sectioned into living, bedding and kitchen area . The personal bathroom was a great size with super large shower. The rooms were both extremely clean… actually spotless and the personal touches were amazing!! Having the french doors opening onto the beautiful garden with its personal decking with table and chairs is so much nicer than any hotel. I had my morning coffee sitting listening to the birds most mornings. Its location is additionally great… on the outskirts or Leciester 15 minutes by car to City Centre and walking distance to the Bradgate Park. You have your personal entrance and lock box for key. Information with all details required for entering the home will be organised before hand. Your family are so warm and welcoming, super friendly but extremely respectful of your space. Debbie is always on the end of the phone if you require anything, help within the AirB&B or wanting information on the area. A perfect host!!! We can’t thank you enough for the wonderful stay. I highly recommend Cherrytree Lodge on an overnight stay or a few weeks stay. It’s just perfect and in the perfect location. We will definitely be visiting again in the near future. ❤️

Debbie had already messaged to say key arrangements; but kept an eye out for me to welcome me and show me round. Tea, coffee, sugar and milk all provided as is microwave, kettle, toaster amd refrigerator. Also some board games and a pack of playing cards. So easy to find, and get to /from city centre on the bus. Only a few minutes walk to bus stop and frequent service. So quiet even though it seems to be on a main road - did not hear any traffic at all. Easy to walk to village centre and recommend The Old Hare and Hounds pub. Bradgate Park is easily within walking distance in the other direction. Plenty of space on drive if arriving by car.

It was all self-catering which was just what I wanted. The room came fully equipped with a coffee maker, tea etc, electric kettle, fridge, microwave oven, large screen HD TV, centrally heated and oil-filled radiators; wifi and a dishwasher service. The private access to the room and parking was perfect. This was a well-thought-out and well-provided place to stay as there was nothing I could think of to ask for, even after six nights! To top it all, my hosts were welcoming, friendly and helpful. I'd be happy to go back if I ever got the chance.

The property was in a lovely area, and close to amenities. The house is beautiful, tastefully decorated, with everything you need supplied. It was also spotless, and had finishing touches to add to the experience. The hosts were very friendly, and responded to messages promptly and courteously, making our arrival and stay go smoothly. wouldn’t hesitate to stay at this lovely place again.

great location to Leicester and Brad gate park. toaster microwave coffee machine kettle and cups glasses knives and forks as normally we have to carry cutlery and plates around so these all provided. Great hosts we had a side area with a table with total privacy.
