Our room was situated on the second floor. No problem for us but it could be a challenge for less mobile guests.

The hospitality shown by Mike & Leslie was first class, they couldn’t have been more helpful. Our room was really comfortable and very clean with comfy chairs and a super bed. Plenty of storage and hanging space too. We also really enjoyed the tea, coffee, fresh milk, biscuits and Welsh cakes. The en-suite shower room was spacious with lots of hot water.

There is nothing I would say I didn’t like, a pity we were only there for one night. Although no parking on the premises plenty of road space.

Nothing to not like, the mother in law had the best time as I did myself.

The building has so much personality itself, decorative with lots of beautiful pictures and ornaments, and what I would call antiques.. beautiful throughout. The owners are so friendly, accommodating, and overall beautiful couple with lots of insight into beautiful local spots, usually overlooked by tourists. The views from the garden are beautiful, literally 1min walk to the beach. Cosy, quiet beautiful spot, and Mike and Lesley perfect hosts in a beautiful building.

Continental breakfast was lovely and a nice change from always having cooked breakfast. Cheese and ham are very tasty and a good selection.

Warm friendly welcome from Mike. Room 5 nicely presented with all usual facilities including fresh milk in a little fridge . We had a very comfortable night. We enjoyed the breakfast although there's no cooked breakfast which we're not fused about ,there was plenty of options for breakfast . Really enjoyed the natural yoghurt pot with fruit , various pastries , ham & cheese & Freshly ground coffee . Mike & Lesley couldn't do enough for us. We couldn't fault anything . The Colourn is in a nice position handy for walking along the prom to both the pier & Rhos on sea. We would definitely love to stay again .

The hosts are exceptional in keeping the rooms clean daily, and replenishing anything we would have needed, as well as giving suggestions for local trips. The room was spacious with all the furniture we may need. The location of the property is particularly useful for us, it's close to all the public transport we used.

We loved everything about our stay. Mike and Lesley are such wonderful hosts, who provided us with very helpful information about the area. The well equipped and super comfy rooms are a pleasure to stay in. Moreover, the breakfast and gluten free catering was excellent. We hope to go back again one day.

Fantastic hosts , friendly and very welcoming. Room was cleaned to a very high standard . Mini fridge in room is bonus and was sttocked with fresh milk. The welsh cakes were most appreciated . By far the BEST b and b we have stayed in would recommend without hesitation . Appreciate owners dedication during a difficult time for them and wishing them well.
