The signage to Coombe Farmhouse was non existent.

It was very dark and quiet when we went to sleep. The breakfast was excellent and our ‘waiter’ was delightful. The host were very informative, about the history of Cornwall, places to eat and most see places.

The room was immaculately clean, with a lovely ensuite. The location was very peaceful but within easy reach of St Ives. Ros and Keith were very hospitable and kind. The full Cornish breakfast was the best we’ve ever had.

Lovely 5 day stay at this gorgeous property with the most amazing couple hosting us. Thank you Rose and Keith, I will especially miss the delicious breakfast you prepared for us every single morning. We had bottled water provided daily, tea/coffee in the room, biscuits. Little extras that really do make a difference. Highly recommend this serene accommodation.

The location was very quiet and picturesque. The dining room looked out onto a garden with birds visiting. The homemade bread was delicious!

There is nothing negative to say about Coombe Farmhouse. It is in a wonderfully quiet location; which means that there is nothing around. No chance of popping out for a local meal or drink.

We were given a very warm welcome and breakfast was wonderful. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful.

I thought the property was a little further from the beach than the pictures suggested, however this may be due to me not doing the right checks.

The location is some way from the nearest village / town so you have to use your car unless (like us) you are here for a walking holiday. However, this was what we expected so did not detract from our break one bit.

The location was idyllic in a beautiful area. Our room lovely with views of the countryside where we were due to walk the following day. The morning breakfast was superb (the hog sausage especially so!). After three days we were sorry to leave and would have loved to stay longer - will return here if we come back to this area. The proprietors were very welcoming and friendly

We could not find a fault with anything during our stay.

Breakfast was excellent and plenty of it to set you up for the day. The house was extremely clean and very comfortable. All the facilities you needed were available. The countryside views were magnificent from our bedroom, with an abundance of wildlife to be seen. The hosts were very friendly and generous by nature, making us feel very welcome. Combe farmhouse felt at home, or may be even better.

Omg! This must be hidden gem in this parts of Cornwall. The host was a lovely couple, they do really take an extra step to make you fell like at home. Beautiful countryside home in perfect location. Close driving distance to nearby towns and St Ives, yet outside in countryside in quiet and peaceful village. Plenty of parking space, rooms tidy, comfy bed and bathrooms, bathrooms looked like new :) Like this wasn't enough the best part has to come yet - The Breakfast! Locally sourced Bacon, Sausages, Eggs and home made bread. Fresh fruit and dairy. I kid you not best B&B breakfast I ever had, not some cheap supermarket carton sausages. The host was very attentive, advised on local gems to visit and even left us few Cornish Saffron cakes to go, which btw. was delicious. We are definitely coming back. We were welcomed by Keith after he had given us directions to the location (even in the middle of the European Cup Final!) The B & B is situated off the beaten track in the country and was lovely and peaceful with great views from the windows. The breakfast was superb and Keith even got up very early on the first morning to accommodate our trip to the Scilly Isles. Both Keith and Ros made excellent hosts.

We had a quiet two night stay, Ros and Keith were both helpful and friendly. They gave us some good advise on where to eat and visit. The room was beautifully clean and very comfortable. Our breakfast was lovely, the home made bread especially good. We would have loved to explore around the farm house if only the weather had been better
