The lifts at breakfast time weren’t great. There’s no stairs and we were waiting 15 minutes on the 5th floor which isn’t great when you’re hungry.

The hotel was immaculate. Plenty of staff available at all times. Service at bar and restaurant was prompt. Breakfast was fantastic.

The bed and the especially the pillows had a bad smell to them. Felt like both should be replaced. The shower was leaking a lot so after showering I had to wipe the floor. Also it was very noisy during the night as the windows (inner side of the building) provide poor insulation. Think it was the AC on the buildings roof that made a heavy machine noise (I stayed on the 7th floor). Still I need to mention that I haven't complained to the staff, who might have been able to help me out with a different room. So it is partly my fault for being too lazy to speak up.

The staff is super friendly and very helpful. The room was well cleaned and the hotel is located perfectly for sightseeing. It is overall a very decent deal for the money.

The only issue we had was the first morning we were going down to breakfast 3 of the lifts werent working so we had to wait over 20 minutes for the lift as no useable stairs. By then the queue for breakfast was massive so we didnt bother. The following morning however we came down much earlier and it was great.

There really wasn’t much not to like. The only thing I could say from my experience was more options in the restaurant.

No stairs! Our room was on the 1st floor and often had to wait 5+ mins for a lift down. Service in the restaurant was slow and not attentive enough

Everything! I loved this hotel, the staff were all very kind, friendly and approachable. The rooms were amazing, and the bed was so comfortable. I loved the unique decor of the hotel, everywhere was kept very clean. Cannot fault this hotel in any way.

Very crowded, long waiting time at the elevators, couldn’t use the stairs either; The bathroom facilities, sink and shower were clogged; the couch mattress for child was bad quality and not comfortable; there were no slippers in the room; breakfast was good but same every day and nothing special on Easter weekend.

The room itself was a little run down. Doors not closing properly on furniture in room. Dirty door of shower. Bar was very expensive and tip automatically added on.

I paid £90 for 3 hours extended check out however was then locked out of my room which took over an hour to get sorted having spoken to reception on 4 separate occasion and eventually a manager who sent security to unlock the door 10 minutes after we were due to be collected by our taxi. When complained got no apology just shrugged shoulders.

Room was clean, comfortable and checking was very quick and efficient.

Excellent location ! The best place to stay in London next to Hide park and Marble Arch to see the sights and the most important monuments in London . Underground and buses only in 2 minutes distance !Staff was always there to help and provide any help. Facilities and politeness . Very nice , impressive and excellent decorated entrance , bar , reception and lobby .
