Cleanliness could be improved.broken plastic door holder on fridge ie holding milk bottles etc . grey settee very scratched missing material on cushions and chairs in the lounge ???throw on this to hide settee make it more inviting to the eye !! .scratched very marked legs on wooden look legs of coffee table in lounge!!! ??Need to be replaced .Towels were worn big bleach mark on grey bath towel in en suite main bedroom .Felt this let property down affected our stay here . Bedding was pulled looked well used .worn white marked sheet on bed in main bedroom too warm not cotton winciette materiał too warm for may !!?.Advise need to purchase fresh.colourful New bedding and towels for all bedrooms for this property .Advise fresh air freshners about property too .This would enhance property make it even more inviting.

There was nothing that I didn't like, I had a perfect stay

Beautiful location and stunning grounds, very peaceful and tranquil, very clean. Bradley came to see me in person to ask if I got checked in ok at the time I had requested. Very detailed emails explaining how to check in etc and very detailed information booklets on local attractions, takeaways, public houses and taxi numbers. Bed was very comfortable and I slept the best I have in a long time. I will be booking to come back again. I have no complaints at all, thank you Bradley and your team

The location is amazing, dreamy really. Getting to wake up with that view every day is amazing. Nice and peaceful too. Imagine it’s even nicer in the summer. Provided with towels, tea towels, toiletries etc. WiFi is good and needed in that area. One thing I did think was good was the extension cable with multiple plug sockets in the bedroom. It’s just a little gem of a place to stay. Extremely clean.

The house smell over powering of bleach on our arrival, the upstairs was spotless, however down stairs was a bit grubby all over, sofa was unsightly worn, rug was mucky,scratched coffee table and mud marks up curtains. The back court yard was messy and broken coffee table. Downstairs toilet smelt of damp. Just needs. A little TLC to get the downstairs matching the upstairs.

Location was beautiful, really tranquil. Just off a major road so easy to find yet felt miles away from anyone. House was spacious and well equipped. Nice fishing area allicated for the house, parking available. Really was warm with sun pouring in through the windows up and down stairs. Nice bathrooms, and bonus down stairs toilet. Great communication with host. House has a meter for electric including heating, we went in April so required heating of an evening and I must say it warmed up VERY quickly. Beds were so comfortable

A hiccup on arrival day was swiftly and efficiently resolved. Thank you to Bradley and his family. We had a great stay celebrating our father's 60th birthday. The location is wonderful and the stay was comfortable.

Nothing to do with property in itself We were not aware of the prepaid heating during our stay and had no coins.

Great location, very tranquil; we enjoyed our stay and spend great family time. Bradley, the owner was a great host - very responsive and aimed to please. What was amazing was he even allowed us late checkout as there was no booking after us- thank you! We will be back in summer!

Parts of it tired - sofa leather scuffs- maybe get sofa covers and the shower in the en-suite - the glass slider in a bad state with black mildew and on window frames in bedroom

The bed and pillows were a bit soft - personally we prefer a little firmer.

Clean, comfortable accomodation in a lovely quiet setting on the edge of a fishing lake. Only 10 minutes drive to Downham Market with all the shops, restaurants etc. A pub (pretty basic) within 10 minutes walk which did simple pub food. Great fishing!
