Great location for an early flight from Stansted. Also great for Budget and Avis car drop off as office is in the hotel. Shuttle buss to airport every 1/2 hour. Cafe/bar in hotel, breakfast easy too and bonus, bed was comfortable.

Only one little but frustrating thing. When I was sitting up against the headboard watching tv, the bed kept moving out from the wall. Seems the bed wheels couldn't be locked (i tried) and therefore the bed easily moved.

The staff were polite and changed my room from a twin to a double bed free of charge and without hassle. The room was clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable. The buffet breakfast in the morning was great. Overall, for the price, I couldn't complain.

The evening burger meal was of a very poor quality (the meat of the burger) Didn’t know there was a £14 charge for parking the car. Found the charge misleading, as was under the impression parking was available.

The hotel was very clean and seemed like a good breakfast offering.

our noisy floor neighbors who were constantly going in-and-out their room, laughing and shouting… but I think the hotel staff can’t really help us with that 😅 slightly firmer mattresses would have been nice, maybe ?

We couldn’t have breakfast because we left very early, but the staff gave us some muffins to take away, it was really nice. Shuttle to the airport was very convenient ! The room was big enough for the 4 of us. Overall a great experience, the staff is very kind and helpful.

Room and bathroom could have been a bit cleaner. Some dust in the room and the floors in the bathroom were a bit grimy. Hotel also shows it's age, bit of wear and tear in places - Athough its pretty understandable with the amount of foot traffic it gets.

Close to the airport, easy check in process and really all you need for a one night stop before or after your planned trip. Bar staff were really friendly

I thought being charged £14 to park outside a hotel for 10 hours was pretty unreasonable when the stay was over £100 for the night.

The location is convenient for a Stansted Airport early flight. It was nice, clean, the staff were pleasant and the room comfortable and modern. Pretty standard corporate hotel with standard hotel type bar and restaurant. Food was fine.

Noisy. People leaving for early flights through the night kept me awake. The hotel doors slam every time you enter or leave.

Conveniently located near Stansted Airport with Shuttle service from and to the airport (£4 x adult) , excellent service. McDonald, Starbucks, petrol station and M&S walking distance.

There was a glitch in the system and we had to wait around 25 minutes to check in. This was problematic as we had a long flight and it was in the middle of the night so it wasn’t the best experience. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly

Good location, airport bus leaves after every 30 minutes and with affordable price (for 1 adult and 3 kids in total was 4 gbp). Good shower water pressure, kettle in the room to make tea and coffee. Many usb ports to load phones. Hotel serves breakfast officially starting from 4 o'clock am, but we asked for earlier possibility to have quick bite (since our flight was at night) and some breakfast was served already starting from 3.15 am. Big thanks to hotel for the hospitality!

Everything would be really good, except the soap dispensers didn't work and the sink was clogged

A big plus: very friendly staff, quick check-in and very easy access by bus from the terminal. My room very comfortable. I sleep well. Breakfast from 4.00 am.
