We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomI'm not a fan of having to find my own keys because there is no longer anyone at reception. I didn't see anyone in the morning when I left either, so it was good that I'd arranged to leave my luggage in a friend's car as no one seemed available at the hotel to store it for me.
I stayed here before the Stonehenge Stomp. It's in a very central location, and my room was large and comfortable.

United KingdomThe toilet has a leaky flush valve. Managed to fix it temporarily for the time I was there as I'm a Plumber and Heating Engineer, but started going again the day I left. Would advise to get it fixed or swapped out. Other than that, it was a great stay. (Room 10)
Best hotel I've been to so far. Highly recommend. Friendliest staff, good room. Very comfy. Would book again.

We were visiting Stonehenge so this accommodation was a short drive there. Located in a nice street with shops at your doorstep. The lady at reception was really friendly and accommodated our requested for a slightly earlier check-in. Rooms were spacious and quiet. Parking was convenient on the street and we had the option for overnight parking at the back which was handy. Overall, the staff were very friendly and the accommodation ideal.
