Room wasn't clean, cups were really stained and big hair in shower screen was completely hanging off and not safe for boys to use shower did tell them first day said would be looked at but wasnt

Nothing was well worth the money and pleasant stay.

Great location. Room decent size with all facilities, WiFi. Friendly welcome. Comfortable and warm. Check out time good. Short walk from Viva show which i came to enjoy on NYE.

My room was a little damp and smelly.but friends room was very BAD.I understand that it’s a old building but needs to work done drainage first Then needs some TLC around all the damp walls. My friends was very bad. I’ve got asthma. And his his room was so bad! The smell was nasty as well. But for the price its ok plus right next to everything

For some reason the room had a strong smell of damp over the 2 nights I stayed, tried to air the room by opening the window but didn't seem to help, apart from that everything else was fine

Towels were not changed. Alot of stairs which was fine but a warning would of been nice. The room was very very small for how many people were expected to stay I this room. The shower was very small I water was either too hot or freezing

The bar was closed on Sunday and there was no one around all afternoon so I had to buy milk for room. Also, no one when we left to thank us for our custom. I just had to post keys .

The staff were lovely and the rooms cheap so we feel we got what we paid for so this is not a criticism just notes to help future bookers make the right choices.Rooms were small and we thought we’d booked a double and a twin but we ended up with 2 twins. One floor apart . Would have liked adjacent rooms. Wi-Fi accessible by QR code but didn’t work. Gentleman tried very hard and said he thought there was another password for the top floor (where my son was) however we never found out what this was. Room was noisy at night sea gulls do not sleep in Blackpool , neither do the residents apparently! Would have liked a hairdryer and a breakfast booking but there was such a short window we didn’t make it. Tea and coffee pot was filthy and had loose change in the bottom of it. Socked the bathroom floor trying to fill the kettle. All the furniture was a little old and only one bedside lamp in our room, the other was clearly broken off at some point and not replaced. Overall, if you are young, sociable and have to watch your wallet, this is an excellent place to stay, close to everything, very central.

We were added to a group chat prior to our arrival but unfortunately we were unable to view it during our stay as we had no access to Wi-Fi in our rooms and the 4g around us was bad on both O2 and EE. Group chat idea was lovely but we couldn’t sign up for the free nachos as the messages didn’t deliver until it was too late ( we’d have loved to have taken advantage of these) Staff were very friendly and we felt like nothing we asked was too much trouble. booked the two rooms with bay windows very early in the year, we book in got r room, the second couple arrived a lot later and was a different room. booking in a bit chaotic.
