Slightly difficult to find parking in the hotel area as it’s only about 8 spaces more or less but we lucky got one in the hotel.

Not much to dislike. Only grumble would be limited parking on site. Free parking on surrounding streets but finding a space can be tricky during the day especially during good weather.

Very light and clean. Great view across the bay from lounge. Good continental breakfast. Staff were super friendly.

Lovely hotel in a great location with friendly, helpful, owners & staff. We had a lovely clean sea view room with views across the bay and a large balcony terrace to sit out on & watch the boats entering the harbour. Unusually the room contained a 2 hob electric cooker, a microwave, a sink & a fridge so ideal for basic self catering. The location is just outside Looe town and as such is quiet and peaceful, yet it's still near enough to pop into town for a drink, meal etc. The cost of a taxi from the hotel to the other side of the town bridge is £5 for two people. a walk into town along the estuary I would estimate at about 25 minutes. We would definitely stay here again and are happy to recommend this hotel.

Nothing not to like it was a Lovely Place with Amazing views and Great people.

The staff were friendly and nothing was to much trouble very polite, room was spotless clean brightly painted. and had Every thing we needed .bedding was clean and fresh. Views were realy lovely loved waking up to the sea and breakfast on the balcony.

Location was perfect. Staff were genuine and helpful. The Manager went out of her way to make sure we had a carpark. Loved the deck. The lounge room has magnificent views.

I stayed 6 days, my towels never got changed, I had to request when I got back every afternoon. I did inform them that we showered every morning and being a hotel I expected clean towels every day. Our beds were never made, we had to make them ourselves, I’m not lazy, but why call yourself a hotel if you are not going to give the service. All comunial areas were cleaned every day Lastly, not enough parking for the amount of rooms they have, on road parking is limited as well.

Lovely views, parking difficult and lots of stairs, not for people with lung issues. No mirror or plugs for ladies to do their hair.

Although only a bit out of town it was uphill and too far for my wife to walk as she had a bad hip. But this is to be expected in a Cornish coastal town

This is a very nice hotel.. The room was a good size and exceptionally clean. The bed was comfortable, with pristine bed linen. All the staff were really nice, friendly and helpful. The seaview from our large balcony was amazing. We definitely hope to stay there again.

Car parking entrance was very very tight with only space for 8 cars. So was difficult to go out in the evening as you could lose your parking g space.

I wish they had done a fried breakfast or restaurant as they have a lovely place to watch the sunset and enjoy a lovely dinner

no toaster in room, and no non slip mat in the bath- with both of these it would have made it a perfect stay

Great hotel, fantastic friendly welcome and great room with everything we needed for a few nights stay. We had a balcony room which was lovely and a great view of St George's island. Kitchenette was great, microwave, hot plates, kettle and sink.

We stayed for 10 days & would have liked the room & ensuite to be cleaned during that time. Guests would need to be informed to request cleaning.
