Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomWe didn't have an option to book a room with two doubles - which according to the website pictures was an option? We ended up with 2 rooms which was probably an unnecessary extra cost given that the hotel and lodges were practically empty when we arrived.

United KingdomThe internet was a bit mixed, the first day it didn't work at all. But the other 2 days it seemed to be ok. Little things in the room were broken. The curtain rail, tv remote control, pull out bed wheels all needed attention, but nothing major. The resort could do with a more upmarket cafe/restaurant. We didn't eat any of the food on site because it all looked pretty unhealthy and not very attractive.
I booked the Executive Suite because it was two adults (mother and daughter) and one child sharing the room. That gave us plenty of space for sleeping and moving around. The balcony was great, even in February. The room was comfortable and clean which was all we needed. The best thing was that there was a fridge in the room which I was not expecting but that made life a whole lot easier. The staff were all very nice and friendly. Great for parking and for accessing the Gullivers World Theme Park, which is why we were there of course!

Very easy to find, the outside of the hotel was lovely and clean, the staff were warm and welcoming, the pirate themed room was very large and my son loved the bunk beds.
