Central location with the most beautiful panoramic view from our apartment which overlooked the harbour. Excellent communication with owner James both prior to and during our stay. James was there to welcome us and show us our free parking space close by. Exceptionally clean and well maintained property. Nice to have a spacious lounge area with two sofas to sit on and enjoy the view. Lovely welcome pack including bread, milk, tea and coffee - even a stick of rock. Free use of washer and dryer on each level. Free ice creams at local stall were also a nice touch. You can also arrange to use a beach hut but we didn’t bother as we were out and about all day.

Nothing, it was all superb.

My messages to confirm my arrival my arrival weren’t received and so I walked to the accommodation hoping to find someone there, which I did and so there were no issues really, it was just a little unnerving as I was travelling alone but that’s not the fault of the person I was messaging. The apartment was perfect. It was very clean, the beds and sofa were extremely comfortable. The bathroom was a good size and had a great walk-in shower. There were lots of lovely touches such as cereal, milk, bread, butter, jams and also toiletries all for when I arrived (and all of which I used so thank you!). It couldn’t have been more central and as a solo traveller, it felt safe. Mostly, the view was just superb, I could watch the boats coming in and out aswell as people watch from the comfort of the sitting area. It was a bit noisy on a night at times with the odd car revving up and down the seafront however, it wasn’t constant and didn’t spoil any of my time there. James, Anna and Josh couldn’t have been more helpful. I had a couple of things I needed help with and they responded within minutes. Communication about information, tips on places to go etc was excellent. The use of the beach chalet for the day was wonderful. I really couldn’t have had a better stay.

We loved everything about this stay! It was absolutely perfect, so clean, amazing location and views, really comfortable and lots of really special, thoughtful touches. I would recommend this apartment to everyone! I wish we could live there!

The stairs We are elderly and two flights were not easy for us. However James carried all our bags up to our room for us which helped a lot.

It was central. Great view. Clean. Compact. Welcome gift food pack and toiletries. Very Helpful staff, carried our luggage to our room. Car park included and close by.

The property was lovely, very clean very spacious and beautiful. Wonderful views and so close to everything in Scarborough. You won’t need to use the car at all.

Having to go home!

Everything. It was perfect! Anna and James are the perfect hosts. Were available by phone 24/7 and helped us carry all our bags up. Couldn’t ask for more! Can’t wait to come back.

Nothing really. Just one thing, if you want peace and quiet don't stay here at the weekend. The traffic noise with all the bikers roaring past is a bit much. We accepted it and managed to not let it bother us but could be a prob for some. During the week was OK.

Great location right on the front. Nice views although the Ask Italian restaurant gets in the way which is a shame but didn't detract from our enjoyment.

Only drawback to a lovely apartment are... no lifts , but we already knew that .

The beautiful view ,very close to the beach ,the decor in the room , the comfy bed and pillows.,..fully equipped kitchen.. spotlessly clean . And James and Anna were very helpful and hospitable . Hope to go again soon ..

We had a very warm and friendly welcome. James contacted us day before arriving, we received detailed information about everything. The kitchen of apartment is very well equipped and a welcome pack was waiting for us. The apartment is in an extremely central location, everything is within walking distance and still very quiet. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. Thank you very very much🤗

Very happy with our stay, extremely clean, comfortable and everything you would need. Extra touches make it more special.
