Shower was a bit annoying to use. Privacy - had work going on outside. Scaffolding being put up, etc. Had to close curtains majority of the time. Top window over door had no cover/curtain. Bed was right near the front door. Houses adjacent to studio probably could see in.

Spacious and snug. Clean with all the mod cons. Andrew was very nice and informative. Brief but lovely stay.

Inside of microwave needs cleaning and the turning table seems not working. Some place to put clothes or towel on in the bathroom and a tea towel for the pantry would be better.

The location is about 20-minute walk to the city and the bus stop is just 50 meters away from where Lake Street joins St Aldates and a few buses go to the city centre. The walk to the lake recommended by Andrew is very enjoyable. The beds are comfy. We had good sleep. Check in was smooth.

The place is very comfortable and not too far from the city centre but still quiet. It's also not too far from the river so a walk with nature is close by.

The mattress on one side of the bed had lost its support and was rather uncomfortable, but as a solo traveller, I picked the better side! As in other reviews, the walls are a bit thin, thankfully the other guests were as respectful as me...but I can imagine a noisy neighbour!

Good location, nice and quiet, just outside city centre, but very easy access via regular bus service or 20 min walk. Clean and well presented, very spacious, the underfloor heating was a treat! Andrew was quick and helpful to all enquiries. I would stay again.

It was a little chilly in the morning . That being said we were told to contact them if we needed the heating turned up . We were leaving that morning so didn’t want to bothered them . All in all the place was perfect !

No hob so not suitable for a prolonged stay if you want to self cater. There is a microwave oven. No TV - We weren't bothered by there being no TV but if you were travelling with children I expect this could be handy.

Lovely open and light space. Close to the centre (12 minutes walking distance). Quiet area. Bed was comfy. Lovely decor.

The location is perfect. We parked at the Park & Ride and then just walked everywhere. The studio is a comfortable size, nicely decorated, so an excellent place to relax. It suited us wonderfully.

Soundproofing not terrific, so at times I could hear people in the studio upstairs if I wasn't playing music and they got a bit noisy. I don't stream video from my device, so a small TV would have been a bonus, but not a deal breaker.

Location, location! Easy walk into Oxford, or catch the bus at the end of the street, which was very frequent. Close proximity to lovely walks along the Thames Path in multiple directions. Great to arrive after a long journey and have tea, coffee, and milk provided for a cuppa whilst you settle in! The studio was very comfortable and having a kitchenette is a bonus when you stay somewhere for a week. The area is also quiet compared to staying right in Oxford. The bed was comfortable and water lovely and hot, good shower. The flat stayed nice and warm, but I could turn on underfloor heating on one of the colder nights. There was a comfy pull out sofa bed for a friend that stayed for part of my visit. Mine host, Andrew, was very responsive to requests. It was great being able to park in the street with a permit, and at £10 for 24 hours, it was cheap for Oxford! I would definitely return here next time I visit Oxford.

The wi-fi/broadband didn't work for the first day. We were disturbed on two separate occasions in our two days by other guests knocking at the door, trying to locate their accommodation. Neither of these were the fault of the host, however they did affect our enjoyment of the studio. We were also disturbed by loud noise from other guests at the property quite late on Sunday night - again not something that the host was responsible for, and the welcome / summary sheet clearly requested that guests respect quiet times.

Great location, a lovely quiet street near good walking routes and a park. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and the bed was very comfortable. Andrew was very welcoming and responded quickly whenever we contacted him. The bathroom was obviously newly fitted out and to a good standard. The kitchen area is lovely, and the lighting and heating all worked really well to create a cosy atmosphere.

Bathroom door is glassed and not good for a family or group stay. Bathroom washbasin could be a bit large. As washing hands really impossible in the small one.
