The communal spaces (specifically entrance and lifts) were slightly grim but corridors were well-lit and the flat itself was lovely and we always felt safe in the area. A couple of times we had people try to follow us through the key-coded front door, but being safety-conscious we made them put the code in themselves - to their obvious annoyance! The property owner sent lots of helpful communications during our stay but unfortunately we received no notifications of them from Bookingdotcom and subsequently had issues in getting to the messages to respond - not the fault of the property owner.

Great flat with nice furnishings and all the mod cons. A bottle of wine and Easter egg on arrival were a lovely surprise. All the arrangements for front door code and key lockbox codes worked well. The property is well situated close to the main centre.

The parking was initially difficult to find, because of Norwich's rather complicated one-way and pedestrianised system. The post code is not helpful, and we would recommend relying on the written directions which were very good. Once there, there was ample parking, and it was easy to find one's way in and out.

Excellent central location right in the heart of the city. Comfortable, clean and bright, and with ample space. Nice views over the city. There are lifts to the floor where the apartment is which I don't think is mentioned.

Bit of a walk up to the building with luggage which was kind of minor compared to the actual stay!

The quirky decor and lights around the bed really set the mood! Lovely complimentary nespresso coffee in the morning to start the day :)

It was quite a walk to carry bags, suiters etc out of the carpark, around the corner, back onto Pottergate and up the hill to the main building door entrance. Although we learned from that and on departure we gathered our bags etc in the building lobby and drove the car around and parked briefly on Fishers Lane to load up.

Great little apartment in a great location, right in the middle of the city. Just a short walk from the busy part of Pottergate and St. Giles.

The apartment is amazing but it sits in what appears to be a repurposed office block, and the developers cheaped out here and there…. Like with the state of the lifts../ It IS very central tho but sat nav will not find the car park. Follow the hosts excellent written directions!

Newly refurbished and spotlessly clean. Kitchen was properly equipped for cooking… not always the case. Free nespresso pods And dishwasher pods. Yes… a dishwasher. And a proper TV; not an afterthought. Ridiculous value for money.

Challenging to locate the property but to be fair we checked in very late and the street on our last turn towards the property was blocked, fortunately there were officers who directed us with an alternate route) On a good side, if you’re into challenges you’ll enjoy it.😀

Driving to Vantage place was challenging for us using the sat nav and google. Being our first time in the area and returning late at night took some time before we could locate the place. We had to use willow lane on google as a landmark to locate the parking lot adjacent pottergate and St Giles hotel. We envetually located the place. The overall experience over shawdowed the difficulty in locating the Vantage place where funky flat is located

Funky flat is exquisitely decorated nice apartment. The living rooom, toilet and bedroom is a luxury. For the price, you get a bottle of wine, biscuits, assorted coffee and water. The bed is very comfortable and relaxing. The host is very responsive and communicated well with us. I will stay again when I am in the area. If you are looking for class and value, please book the funky place. You will be glad you did. I highly recommend this place to any guest looking for class and luxury
