Excellent location to CWOA which was the purpose of our stay. Excellent check in, clear instructions. Clean comfortable bedding. Well equipped studio for a little weekend break.

Only one heater worked, so it was quite cold, especially for the children.

Great distance from Chessington. Easy arrival and good parking. Lovely clean place to stay. We would book again.

A clean comfortable studio, excellent communication with the host and good easy access and parking. Well equipped with kitchenware and liked the fact it has its own entrance.

there was nothing that I disliked everything was great, and I would recommend it to friends and family

the privacy. the facilities everything was laid out well. the nice breakfast basket was a welcoming touch. and having wifi was greatly appreciated by my daughter. the fact that I could park up the car and not use it at all until it was time to go home was an added bonus.

Only slight negative thing was that the mattress protectors needs a good clean.

everything was fabulous, cannot recommend enough. great base to explore Chessington, felt safe and secure. lovely powerful shower and well stocked kitchen with all utensils required.

Lottie has been a great host, she contacted us prior our arrival on how to organize for sofabed and cot.. she even left bread, milk, eggs, butter and jam for breakfast ❤.. the kids loved it and also we did! Very clean and excellent position! Highly recommended 👌🏻

It was lovely studio, nice and clean. Fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bed. easy parking and easy getting on motorway. The most important thing was very quiet place, no disturbance for a good sleep.

The studio couldn't have been in a better location for us! We were attending a wedding in a barn along the road and we were able to walk home because it was so close. Detailed instructions and guides left by our hosts suggesting local restaurants and takeaways were a big help and a lovely added touch! We requested extra bedding on arrival and it was with us in minutes. Couldn't ask for more. :)

The shutters on the sky light were not usable. We managed to close 1 of them but an hr later it opened with a loud crash which scared the life out of us. We had an early start anyway but if we wanted to ly in it would of been really bright. All in all would def use again.

Even tho it was self catering there were lots of additions like salt,pepper,washing up liquid and tea towel and lots more. The milk butter,jam and eggs that were left was a nice touch. Full sky, Netflix, wifi meant a nice eve relaxing after a long eventful day.

The roller blinds on the ceiling were broken so let all the light in at the crack of dawn. No windows to open at night so was exceptionally warm they did supply a portable air con unit but couldn't sleep with the noise when on.

It had everything needed and location was superb as we were using merlin passes to visit all the theme parks. AC was a god sent during the heat.

The cleanliness was fine but my partner and I felt that the floor was a little grubby as we wiped up a spill of water with some kitchen roll and felt that the results on the kitchen roll were rather dirty considering we had only just checked in. I’m sure that this was a one off as everything else was immaculate.

What a find! A perfect little studio which we booked as we wanted to visit Chessington World of Adventures with our two daughters. The studio was adorable and had everything we needed. We ate in the studio for both nights as it was very well equipped and we were very tired after visiting the theme park which was also fantastic

Perfect property for our family weekend away visiting the merlin Parks. Lovely little touch being greeted with a basket with essentials. The accommodation was clean and smelt lovely and clean. Will certainly be using this accommodation again.
