Location was excellent and the room was a decent size for two people albeit cozy. It felt very home like.

definitely not the glazed bathroom door that you could see everything through. my teenage daughter could barely cope. the room is tiny and we had to have one suit case on the table as there was no room for it on the floor. however, everywhere is small in London and you make do.

The location was within 200 m of the Tower Bridge but in a quiet area. gorgeous building and thoughtfully decorated. we were able to leave our bags there early in the morning which was helpful. Very detailed instructions on how to use everything. within 400 m of the hop on hop off bus stop. A supermarket a few doors up with everything you need.

Shower stall door wasn't properly sealed. So there was a puddle of water outside after every shower. Seems like an old problem b'coz the flooring there had warped and the wall was soft with moisture. Wife didn't find the bed comfortable. The entrance and foyer lights were all off the first 2 nights leaving the building pitch dark when we returned. The last 2 nights, motion sensor turned them on. Would be nice to have some lights on through the night, in the front of the building.

Nice cozy studio apartment with house plants everywhere. Luggage storage availability. Awesome location! Quiet neighborhood. Right next to diners that opened very early for breakfast and a bar that stayed open late for drinks. Walking distance to Tower Bridge and London Tower.

I wasn't personally keen on the whole digital key app at first...it was a bit tricky to download. But worked out fine. There is a slight issue with the shower screens dripping quite q bit of water onto the floor but it was a very minor issue. And would be good if there was a roasting -type dish provided in the kitchen....

The Bermondsey location is fantastic. It's in a lovely street with easy access to buses and tube station. My studio was bright, comfortable and stylishly furnished with quality fittings and linen. It had lovely tea and coffee capsules provided. It had windows overlooking the street which could be opened. There is a lift in the building which is great and it felt very secure and peaceful.

I have no issues with the apartment at all! The only thing I would recommend would be to fix the sealant of the shower door as water tended to leak through each time I showered. Other than that, everything was perfect!

The apartment was absolutely perfect for the purpose of my stay. The building felt very safe and secure, especially since I was travelling alone. The facilities were amazing and the apartment felt very homely. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

The only downside was the bathroom, as there was a faint smell of damp, and I wasn't able to get hot water in the shower, but maybe I didn't let it run for long enough.

Lovely building, very well maintained. Only 10 minutes walk from the Tube station, with a few supermarkets close by too. Apartment is small but very well set out, and cosy. I also appreciated that while a phone is initially needed to get in, a physical key was also available if you wanted. Also, the bed and pillows were so comfy!! In fact, the pillows were so good, I changed my own to something similar when I got back home!

I had to download an app and register to use my phone as a digital key to access the property. It was fine but app is not exactly user friendly/straight forward. Chat function in booking.com was really buggy. In the dark it was not clear how to open the front property door, no hints/ explanations given on this. Cleaning of rooms on the same floor was very loud.

Location is great, wonderful area to stay at, everything is close, convenience store and coffee nearby. Fast response of the property via booking.com app.

The location of the property is unbeatable - a two minute walk from the river and seven minutes from Tower Bridge. Lots of little cafés, restaurants and wine bars nearby. The studio itself is in a charming building on a quiet street. It had everything we needed, from a coffee maker to oat milk. It also comes with a stove and oven. Overall the flat feels very homely and the bed is super comfortable. Check- in and communication with the host were easy - they were really helpful. Would gladly stay here again!

The window in the room was quite draughty at times even with shutter vents closed. Only other minor comment would be the continuous extraction sound from the bathroom, but this was similar to white noise and didn’t cause any disturbance

Lovely exterior and interior. The room was modern and clean, but maintained a unique warmth and character. Little touches were also very nice, including the complimentary chocolate and organic shower products. Staff were highly responsive, friendly and helpful across numerous interactions.

The lack of a microwave seemed a little strange. The TV remote didn't work for the Smart TV/Roku (I had to download an app to operate through my phone). The coffee machine had no instructions and there was only one English breakfast teabag provided (very minor issue as there was a selection of other teas). There was a small amount of noise from the room above, sometimes quite late at night

The location was superb and the room was very clean and comfortable, as was the ease of access once I had figured out how to activate the key through the app initially

Everything was just perfect. If pressed, the kitchen could perhaps do with a small microwave (I believe there might be some room left to fix it on the wall). However, both the hob and the oven get hot very fast so I heated my meal and my Coop cheese sticks in the oven in a jiffy so this is really not indispensable. It might also be a good idea to add a few lines on how to turn the radiator on (I'm only suggesting this as there is a sentence on how to switch on the heated towel rack in the bathroom) as there might be other people as hopeless as myself.

I stayed here for two nights in mid-December. Mason & Fifth is a peace heaven in Central London, the neighbourhood is very quiet and safe. The kitchen is perfectly equipped, the bed super comfy, the room is beautifully decorated with taste, and the bathroom have good quality radiators so the room gets nice and warm fast. There is a Coop just round the corner so you can get your groceries. Good wifi. Special thanks and kudos to Lilya, the housekeeper, who went far beyond the call of duty to help me switch on the radiator and helped me find a photocopy shop in the area, everything with a smile, sincere desire to help and proactivity. She really made me feel genuinely welcome and is a real asset to Mason & Fifth! Lilya, you're a star! I arrived in the early hours of a Saturday morning and the automatic lock system worked perfectly (you need to install an app on your smartphone before you arrive). Once you're in your studio, there is a key card on your table, which you can use alternatively.

Very small space to have kitchen and bed together. The bathrom door was transperant, which was a bit inconvinient when using it. The sink was in the room not in the the bathroom. There was not an instructions how to collect the keys, so we ere waithing for a while in front of the building and trying to contact the host over the phone.

It is a good place for short stay. It is lokated in a quite area and close to Tower bridge. Our room had a litle kithen, fridge and table, which was great.

The digital key system worked very well but I wasn't advised of this till the day of my arrival, I would have preferred prior notice. I never got the actual key card. Also, I knew the room would be small and it certainly was. Though fine for just one person.

Great self-contained apartment, felt very safe and secure. Warm and cosy in autumn.

My bedside lamp wasn’t working, which was slightly annoying but besides that no issues!

Such a comfortable and beautiful space. I love that the room key was via an app, which made things super easy and meant I didn’t need to carry around a key! I felt super safe in the neighbourhood being a solo female traveller and really enjoyed being in my studio during downtime!
