Sue and Leigh were really lovely people. They were very knowledgeable about what to do. The location was excellent and the breakfast beautiful. The room was very clean and the he bed really comfy, got a great nights sleep. Very nice would definitely stay again.

We arrived and were greeted by the lovely owners Leigh and Sue, First time staying here and we were not disappointed. Hotel was nice and clean with a warm welcoming atmosphere, we booked two rooms 2 and 9 and both were clean and tidy with everything needed for a stay. Free WiFi is available but we did not use it so cannot comment on speed etc location is great close enough for all Blackpool has to offer but just off the main strip so nice and quiet on a night. We booked room only so no feedback on breakfast but on day of checkout I popped into the dining room so say our goodbyes and the food did smell very nice so think we missed out. All in all a little gem well worth a visit and we will be back. Thanks for a lovely weekend

Second time staying here. Sue and leigh are lovely. The room was lovely and cosy and clean. Always there if you need anyting. Really cannot fault the hotel or the owner. Already have my next stay for the summer booked with them. Would 110% recommend staying there

Only thing i would say was the seals around and in the shower could be re-done.

Stayed 3 nights, really good location for what we needed. Both really welcoming and friendly, free parking out the back which is a bonus. Situated just off the main bit and apart from 1 person in the early hours of sunday morning walking down the street we hardly heard any noise. Would definitely be back again.

Location is excellent - a stones throw from the beach, attractions and the trams Quiet location on a side street Parking available The hosts are fantastic - very knowledgeable about Blackpool and care about all the guests (many of whom are returning customers) The beds are REALLY comfortable Would recommend and plan to return next year. Good value for money.

Difficult to find fault

The shower facility was not good at all -temperature wise and no pressure made trying to have a shower very very difficult.

Hygiene wasn't to my standard bedding was filthy shower base was disgusting net curtain needs throwing out gap under the door

Wow what can I say never again but what could I expect for £108 hygiene was absolutely disgusting in room 8 bottle of bleach tin of polish wouldn't of gone amiss net curtain needs throwing out bedding was disgusting I've got photos to prove it also the door had a gap will never stay here again also I wouldn't recommend this to anyone nightmare to be honest it doesn't cost a thing to be clean paid for breakfast but didn't go for it the room said it all for me
